Very impressed! Timely, we'll done, inexpensive work I tried changing an O2 sensor and my brakes on my 4Runner and ran into a snag. I called to see if they could help and not only did they say yes but they also used the parts I provided! The difference in price was nearly $600 from other auto repair companies in the area. I'm now a customer for life!

I went to another mechanic because my transmission needed repair. The clutch was ruined and it wouldn't go into 5th gear. The other mechanic replaced the clutch, but gave me a quote so high to replace the transmission, it would have come to more than my car was worth. So, I drove the car without a 5th gear for almost 2 years while I saved for a new car.

He's very honest and never tries to up sell you--in fact, he'll be the first to tell you when a service is actually unnecessary. His prices are always fair also. I've been a customer from the start. Mark is one of the best mechanics around. He's as honest as the day is long. If it's not broke, he won't try to"fix" it. Great prices. No games played. He's equally at home with modern cars and with older cars. If he can't fix it, he'll tell you, not play games.

I would highly recommend bringing your car here. I brought my car to replace my both my front axles. They said that they wanted to do some research because both axles don't typically go at once. Come to find out my CVT transmission was blown. When they found out I wasn't going to replace the transmission, they felt so bad for repairing my axles that they gave me a discount. They were also kind enough to allow me to leave my car in their lot for a few days until I bought a new car and could get it towed to the dealership. My husband is deployed and they really helped me through this stressful process.

We have just started bringing our cars to CT Auto Repair due to a recommendation from a family member. Owner Mark and his crew are excellent. They are honest with very fair prices and they always take time to walk you through what needs to be repaired and why. We have found excellent customer service and a great local business in Newington so we would recommend them to anybody who wants good quality service with fair prices!
