These bankers are a bunch of lying conniving snakes. They lie about your transactions and 5screw you out of your money.you cant believe nothing these crooks tell you. I want it known how they operate to try and get more money out of your earned money.I have been lied to about a deposit gor months and still havent gotted a dime. These scumbags have put me in the poor house because they want release my money to my regulsr bank. They even lied and said my bank couldn't handle the large sum of money. The bank can if you stop lying and send it. I am really peed off. I plan on sicking my personal attorney on them. I bet something get done. I will publish my experiences in the town newspaper . They messed with the wrong mad woman.

Don't know what the point is of scheduling a meeting with a representative when they don't even bother looking at who made appointments. Made an appointment for 11, and the woman looked confused when I showed up and had to wait 20+ minutes. Not exactly great customer service.

Was trying 2 pay my credit card give that bank lady my money they never paid my credit card with that money I gaved them asley toke 380 and said that machine ate the money like I am in side that bank what u mean I want my money and Noone got it lost 380.00 I been calling they don't pick up my calls

Bank of America is a horrible bank to do business with. I do 90% of my banking with Wells Fargo in Rocky Hill who are wonderful, this bank however is a joke. I deposited a local check ( literally 3 blocks away) and they put a hold on the check for 7 days. Here's the kicker, I know for a fact the check cleared the very next night, so BOA got to use my money for 6 days. You would think that the check I deposited was for a large amount, think again, the check in question was for $309. When I called to ask why I was given what I imagine was their standard answer, they had to verify the validity of the check, it already cleared how much more valid do you need. So for 8 days I had to wait for what Wells Fargo would of cashed in 24 hours, wow!

HORRIBLE! Staff doesn’t even know the CT State Statutes as they apply to a Power of Attorney. They are technically violating the law when they insist on seeing an Original with a Raised Seal……waste of time doing any business at this site…or most others as well! Being a Wealth Management Customer means nothing!

If I could give negative stars I would. This bank is The. Absolute. Worst. I had someone removed from my account who somehow was still able to access my money and they could not explain this. (Obviously a bank error and the person's as well.) Then I set up an appointment to come back to close the accounts and the person was supposed to call me ahead of time to see what information I needed printed to prove fraud on the other person. This did not happen. I rushed to get to my appointment to find out that the person I had a SCHEDULED appointment with for 11:30 would not be in until 12:30 and the manager who also knew my situation was not in. FURIOUS and glad I am no longer going to bank with them anymore.

Awful customer service. Waited in line to drop deposits for 15 minutes only for the teller to tell me she ‘can’t process them close to closing’.

I first spoke with Ashley by phone and explained to her that my wife and I needed to make changes to our account and we were a little concerned because we have a new born and don't want to expose him to much because of covid-19. Ashley made me an appointment for the same day and got us in and out. By far the best branch near me.

One teller up front. Manger and other employees laughing and talking while a line of six people are waiting. I'll be going to a different branch next time. 30 minute wait for a roll of quarters.
