Since the Southington location was out of stock, I ended up going here for zerk/grease fittings. They had them is stock and the price was good.
The store looked nice. The girl that waited on me was friendly. I was in and out quickly.
The place does sneak up on you as you are travelling north on the Berlin turnpike. There is plenty of parking.

Dominic tested my battery, and replaced it for me. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and very easy to work with. It was very refreshing to experience that kind of service.

last minute I decided to get some new wipers because of the constant rain, mind you it was 8:45 and they close at 9. nothing but help even when it's near closing time. patient and helpful with information, and even offered to put them on for me. no rush or hassle, super cool people that work here and will definitely come back.

This is not normally how this AutoZone is.BUT, today was NOT their day. While they did offer to help diagnose my wife’s car for a check engine light. They unfortunately failed at it because one of their employees bent the adapter to read the code and didn’t tell anybody.Oh, well, at least they offered to do it for her, which is better than NAPA Autoparts did.Onto O’reillys to see if they can help. Third time is a charm! ?Follow-Me for more reviews!

Went there around 8:30pm to return a rental tool, the guy didn’t even asked if it was cash or card as soon as I walked in he said it’s too late to return the tool. I was looking for some parts he didn’t have them, every time I come here it’s an issue they never have the parts, they don’t want to work.
