This location is extremely convenient. However, the food in the hot case is always as hard as a rock and not fresh. I sometimes have to grab and go because I am working and always disappointed. Owner/manager seems to be extremely rude to his staff.

Though I came here for work today, it actually wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be. The employee that was here today was really nice and they had food that looked really delicious. Would try to come back here another time if I can

They do not honor the coupons for their cigarettes that they were already paid for by the companies like Phillip Morris

Cigarettes here are $13+ for Newports..even though their sign says it's the lowest state minimum which would be $10.04 in 2023. And if you want to pay boost they don't accept cashapp.

Since the store is under new management, it is a terrible place to shop. Shelves are empty, milk is always out (both whole & 2%). They need better inventory control. Always has crates in the aisles.Constantly harassed about their Rewards program. When I said I wasn't interested, I was continually asked"Why not?" At least 5-6 times!Refused to sell cigarettes because I didn't have my drivers license with me. Law is anyone who does not look 30 yrs.old or over. No reasonable explanations, just a shrug of the shoulders. I am almost 60 yrs. Old and do not look under 30, unfortunately! Can never purchase Amazon gift cards cuz machine isn't working. At 6:55 A.M. I was told I couldn't purchase anything because they were changing shifts & would I mind waiting 10 minutes. I think he shouldn't be cashing out early, maybe HE can wait until the next shift arrives for work. Just one awful experience after another. Recently charged 10cents for plastic bag when the suspension of the tax has been extended to 6/30. Request receipt cuz they don't offer and make sure to check it!

Ever since the new Managment took over this location in August 2021, store always look clean, crisp and well maintained. Shelves are always stocked and product properly displayed. I particularly like their hot dogs. Man, their grill looks fresh every time I go there for lunch. Thumbs up for them!!

I've just moved back to Connecticut from down south and I'm pleasantly thrilled with the appearance of the store. Employees are friendly the store is extremely clean. Keep up the great work

(1) star just so I could leave a message. This place in Newington on New Britain Ave is a bad decision. The old owners were nice friendly and knew all their customers by name. In the last months new owners have taken it over and this store completely sucks. The new employees are cold and bland. The whole atmosphere is "blah". I use to see a group of men standing around in the morning talking and having coffee which was a welcoming site each morning and those guys are gone. In short, this location now is totally off my list. Although they are close and convenient, I'll go to the Italian market next door or Citco on Cedar St. for my lottery tickets and coffee. 7-11 (Eleven) you are now 0-00! Stay away from this place. Attitude makes a difference......Today I was contacted by the 7-Eleven office asking me how they could get a 5 Star ? rating from me. I replied, Sell the store back to the previous owners.

Since new management took over the employees are rude . This morning you would figure that coffee would be made , no regular coffee. I guess the employee was to busy on her phone . When asking if there was any more she gave a rude Idgaf attitude. Will not be going there anymore for myMorning coffee .

Horrible new management. Before they old management was happy to help the customer. The new management and new employees have always and attitude. And they’re always hiding in the back. Me and another customer waited for the employee for over 20 minutes just so she can come to the register and started giving is bad attitude
