Theresa brings in THE best product, authenticates the couture bags, does a great job turning over inventory for clients, and is always fair and kind - she goes the extra mile for her people. As a client and a consigner, I’ve been very happy with my sales at Stella Rose. I’ve also watched Theresa and her team navigate some pretty high maintenance customers, and people can occasionally be brutal and very poorly behaved despite her best efforts. Do not drop your stuff at the door, in the parking lot, or show up without an appointment - That’s just rude and also very disruptive to other customers shopping in the store, and the staff trying to assist them.
