I cannot begin to say how great of an experience I have had ordering from Privet House. The selection is that of a upscale European boutique with the customer service of a small hometown store. Even over mail order, their communication is excellent, my items were shipped immediately, and the packaging was thoughtful and successful. I basically ordered $1000 worth of glass and not a single item was broken in shipment. I could not be happier. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE from Privet House!

Nice high end home and body store with an eclectic mix. It's a fun place to browse.They have a wide selection of soaps and other body products for men and women.They also have kitchen and dining room stuff - place mats, silverware, kitchen towels, etc.It's all very nice but it's nowhere near an extensive collection - so you have to find something you like.And it's all very expensive.

Beautiful table linens, glassware, tabletop. Towels and special items for the bath. Unique brushes of every shape and size for household tasks. Large variety of small to oversized cutting boards, made from different hard woods. Candles, scents, soap and diffusers. Gorgeous furniture and home accessories displayed throughout the upstairs and downstairs. Vintage books. Privet Live pop-up shop next door always surprises and delights. And much more. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. A favorite destination for all things home.

High-end to affordable, always changing, this place has something for everyone. Plus I adore the staff! They are so helpful and fun, I make sure I come here every time I’m in New Preston. :)
