This used to be a great local bank. After their recent takeover of another bank, everything went downhill. Tellers have no idea what's going on half the time, account access wasn't available for weeks, and it's clear that the customers aren't a priority. Go elsewhere. Avoid webster in general. After 20 plus years I need to find a new bank.

A great branch - a real “small town” feel to this one (I mean that in the very best ways). Several teller stations, offices for other business, and an ATM in the back to get you in and out quickly.Also, Alissa is amazing!

Was having a problem buying gas on town. They straightened it out in about 6 minutes. No more problems....

The bank tellers deposit my money in to someone else account. They don’t verify the deposits.. These people are unprofessional, poor quality service at best. I would not recommend people use this bank.

I'm a small business owner and Webster is beyond supportive of me and my business! From small business loans to every day banking, they are great, both the local branch and at the corporate level. We're on a first name basis and I wouldn't want it any other way. Thank you!

Spoke with a super rude woman there today who basically bullied me into keeping a card I no longer wanted. After a few phone calls, the information she gave me was false and super exaggerated. Her tone of voice was uninviting and has encouraged me to look elsewhere for my banking.

We choose Webster Bank in Sherman because we choose to support local businesses. Additionally, it's close to home. The reason I haven't been able to get friends to switch to Webster is because they feel people will know their business or be treated differently based on how much money they have. I don't feel this way. Everyone at Webster Sherman is kind, courteous, and helpful. Give it a try! And, support Local Business !
