I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of Jaclyn, the wonderful owner of this amazing boutique. I had an office party and we were asked to wear something “sparkly”. I don’t wear sparkly and was in a jam, so I called Swank on Bank on my way home from work (the day before my party). It was 5:45pm and I asked what time they close and she replied 6pm. I explained my issue and she said “come on in, I’ll wait for you”. I show up and, all lined up for me to choose from, were so many sparkly pieces! I couldn’t believe it! What service! I bought this entire outfit and the top was just the right about if sparkle. In addition, I purchased a beautiful pair of sparkly earrings which somehow went MIA. When I messaged Jaclyn to tell her, she offered to go right back to the store to see if they were there. They weren’t and she even looked outside where I parked. Jaclyn didn’t question and credited the amount back to my card! What an amazing experience…please please please patronize Swank on Bank - best little boutique shop around!
