First let me say this, we asked about replacing the boiler and were told to get a plumber. Fine, new boiler is installed. Then we have a boiler issue, it's a brand-new boiler, 1 month old. My husband calls to ask for service and is told they no longer service boilers. Why the hell am I paying a contract of $400.00 with “gold membership"? I just paid this in October, and I asked for my money back. This is a ridiculous amount of money to auto deliver oil 8-9 times a year and one boiler cleaning. OH WAIT, they don't service boilers anymore. I want my money back!!! Why is it so hard to get a reply from this company? I have emailed in the past as well with no replies, this is not great customer service.Not to mention their oil prices and extra fees associated with each delivery are ridiculous.

This company is dispicable, they take advantage of people with dementia, make a mistake and overpay and they refuse to return your money. Disgusting greedy unscrupulous people.

ZERO stars! would be more appropriate... This company just bought-out my local propane/oil supplier. Won't answer the phone. was 2hrs late for service call. Double debited my bank account.

I think this company must be going under. If it were possible to leave a review with NO STARS that would be my choice. My 90 year old mother cannot get them to come to make an oil delivery because of an inaccurate report that her oil tank was leaking. Superior couldn’t provide anyone to assess what was actually going on so we called in another company which was willing to send a service technician from over an hour away to help us. Their inspection proved the tank perfectly sound, but Superior still refuses to take our calls and my mother is literally about to run out of fuel. Legal action may have to be our next step. Their blatant negligence is outrageous.

My mother was already a customer for many years. Called them to install a standby generator. They never could get someone to call back after weeks of waiting. Finally called another company who did the work right and right away. The old propane tank is still sitting on my mothers lawn. Had to call the Fire Marshall who started proceedings against the company to remove the tank. Horrible!

Can I give 0 stars? True story, place closes on Fridays at noon the weekend before a hurricane hits CT. Other energy providers were available Friday afternoon and Saturday same weekend. Avoid!

I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I was a customer of theirs for 14 years. I had them come and take a look at my fireplace. I had to pay $180 and for 2 years I kept contacting them to come and replace the pilot, they never came. I finally got fed up and cancelled my services with them. Then I had to wait 1.5 months for them to come and pick up the propane tanks and one is still on my property. Unbelievable. Poor customer service and they are not loyal to their customers.

Horrible Service. Super far away every time we need help and although we had an ongoing plan for delivery they let our tank run dry at least twice.

A company that will not leave you in the cold when you are a first time homeowner and have trouble with your furnace during the first week of home ownership. Even when that week coincides with the coldest week of the year and in the middle of holidays.
