6-7 bottle recycling containers- 2 of them broken, 3 bins full - press the assistance button several times and one customer actually went into the store to inform them of the situation- 20 minutes later nobody came to help. This is absolutely unacceptable that on a Saturday morning there is no one available to monitor the recycling center - but they are quick to collect 10 cents per container.

stop and don’t shop here ! place is a rip off. $130.00 for a few items. and the meat & veggies go bad in a few days. also what’s up with the chips that say they can cause cancer.

Today I did my normal run to stop & shop to get my groceries and I'm always pleased with their products and pricing. But today was different, I was in line checking out and the woman in front of me was so incredibly rude to the young man checking her out that I almost had to say something. This kid handled the situation better than any grown adult would. He was extremely professional and completely held his composure. I talked to him after his encounter with the woman and was impressed to find out he was only 16 years old and doing everything he could to juggle sports, school and a job. His name I believe was William. Stop & shop should be extremely proud to have an employee such as him. If it was up to me I'd say give this kid a raise! It's well deserved!

Some of your employees of the Pharmacy are ridiculous! Please explain on how you have 3 of them they are not busy and they have my medication on hand and it takes over an hour to fill one prescription? Also at this same one a couple of months ago was short more than half of my 90 day BP meds? According to your female pharmacist, according to the computer they had enough but the actual Inventory was short by 100 pills?

I saw the weekly flier with a sale on turkeys and was very excited. I never find fresh whole turkeys that don’t come brined in a salt solution! But I drive 30 minutes to your store and when I find the turkeys, they don’t match the flier or the poster that’s right above them. I asked the person that was putting the turkeys out and they said that they didn’t have the turkeys that they were advertising. Bad business!

Outdated, neglected, no workers. Self checkout is a joke don’t even bother with it, it’ll be faster to wait in line for the two cashiers. Every self scanned item will require an associates help anyway. There is almost never a 12 items or less lane open. I wish this store would delete it self. The only place more miserable than this store is the bank inside this store.

The pharmacy was a shining point and because of the pharmacist Susan who went above and beyond to help me get a prescription filled. She was very compassionate and sympathetic to my need to fill the prescription and found a way to get it ordered and in. I am extremely grateful for her and this experience and these are the moments I find that all my hard work and sacrifice as an RN seems to make sense. So thank you Susan and Stop&Shop for hiring a gem. ☺️??
