I was very pleased with the assistance I received. Doing this from Kansas City made me a little leery. It turned out fantastic, beautiful flowers, on time. Great place to work with. They did everything they said.

We used Ruth Chase for my grandmother's funeral flowers on the recommendation of the funeral home. The flowers were truly excellent and provided a lot of solace for our family during the event. Even though Ruth Chase had never done a Chinese funeral before, they were able to fulfill all of our requests. Including creating 13 different standing sprays. As well as modifying the standing sprays to be more circular, to adhere to Chinese funeral customs. We are extremely grateful and appreciative to Ruth Chase for all of the beauty and dignity they provided as we paid our last respects to my grandmother.

I would give less if I could. This is for the Jenson Beach Location since their doesn't show up on Google reviews. Got a crappy little arrangement that looked nothing like the picture and it was a day late. $74 and they gave me 18.99 delivery fee back. Won tuse them again

I used to work in Kent for awhile and stopped here one afternoon to get a nice bouquet for my wife. They did such a good job on it that i went back a few times over the course of a year. The people there are super nice and always do beautiful work.Now I work in Stamford, but because of the excellent reputation they have built in my experience, I drove an hour+ to go there on Valentines day morning to have them make one again. They were super busy, of course. There must have been 10 or so people at work, including delivery drivers prepping for their morning deliveries in the area.Nonetheless, they took time, while I waited, to build me this wonderful arrangement to bring to my wife. I told them I had a 45 minute ride to bring it home so they took extra care to ensure it would arrive in good condition for me to place in the vase.I won't tell you how much they charged, but I will say that I felt pleased in my decision. I will continue to support this local florist when time allows.

We ordered here because they were local to the delivery address. We were sending birthday flowers to my daughter at work. She received one of the most beautiful autumn floral arrangements I’ve ever seen. The young man on the phone was courteous and helpful.

Louisa was excellent at communicating. I am not from CT and was concerned with ordering flowers in a different state but still getting the vision I had in mind. Louisa emailed me flowers that she had in mind for my bouquet for approval and did her best to get any flowers that I wanted. My husbands boutonniere matched my bouquet perfect! My flowers were flawless. Exactly what I wanted! I was able to preserve them and they still look just as lively and colorful!

Steer clear of these clowns. I placed an order Thursday for a dozen roses to be delivered. They were never delivered. They kept my money, and if I didn’t make a phone call, nothing would’ve happened. No I didn’t make a phone call and I still haven’t gotten my money back from these clowns. They can’t even do a delivery right and then they keep your money. Do not deal with these idiots they are incompetent in every way possible

Ruth Chase made my bridal bouquet and my husband's boutonniere and they both came out absolutely gorgeous! We would highly recommend them for sure. The staff who I spoke to were all wonderful and worked so hard to make sure our flowers were perfect. Thank you!!!
