I met with Debbie to discuss repairs for a few jewelry items. Her estimates were fair and acceptable. Receipts include a digital image of your piece for proper identification, a nice security feature. They carry designer collections as well as some stunning vintage and antique adornments. Large, well maintained shop to dazzle and delight.

My experience with Robertson Jewelers was absolutely wonderful! My girlfriend and I went to Robertsons to purchase a small gift for a mutual friend of ours. We happen to arrive before the doors were opened to the public. Upon arriving Brad the owner of Robertson Jewelers greeted us and happily let us into the store to shop. We left smiling with a gift wrapped box tied with a pretty bow. Our friend loved the gift! Thank you Robertson Jewelers!

I am a long time customer of Robertsons Jewelry Store. I recently brought a very delicate necklace (which had been in my family since the 1940s) to Brad to see if it could be repaired. He made a couple of suggestions and we discussed how he would be restoring it. It turned out beautifully and my family and I were so pleased and appreciative that Brad was able to perfectly restore this sentimental piece of jewelry,Brad is a wonderfully talented and skilled jeweler. He and his staff are experienced, very knowledgeable and professional. They are patient and listen to me, and all their customers, to be able to create beautiful new wearable art or to be able to repair family heirlooms! I have been shopping at Robertsons for over twenty years and know I can trust his abilities and workmanship, because I know he loves what he does and he cares about each of his customers and friends. I always recommend Brad and his superb staff to all my friends. I don't even live in CT anymore but if you want the best jewelry store it's worth a trip even from RI! I needed a repair to my beautiful engagement ring and knew I wanted the original jeweler to do the job. The owner, Brad is the rare breed these days who actually puts the customer first. The shop is lovely and my husband and I made a couple of additional purchases upon picking up my repaired ring. No pressure--just lovely conversation and thorough knowledge of fine jewelry. I always have a great experience when using Robertson Jewelers, I have purchased new jewelry from them as well as having items repaired and rings resized. They provide wonderful knowledgeable friendly service, their prices are reasonable and the quality excellent!

The other day I was on Bank Street and remembered that my broken bracelet was in my purse. I stopped in and expected to drop it off. Brad looked at it, fixed it, put it on my arm and I am so happy to be wearing it again. Thank you Robertson's. Always a pleasure to do business with you.

My opal ring lost a stone and I hoped they might be able to replace it for me. Not only did they find the perfect match, but they discovered the main central stone was cracked, and asked if I wanted that replaced too. I did! They did a beautiful job on a sentimental ring that can now go on to create more wonderful memories! I’m thrilled.

I live in Brookfield which is close to new Milford so I went to Robertson‘s jewelers at 2 Bank St. in new Milford Connecticut to have some links removed from a Seikowatch.Robertsons is having a 50% off sale on Seiko watches and they also carry what they call “ Lab produced“ diamonds. I’m not talking about cubic zirconia. Robertsons told me that lab produced diamonds have exactly the same chemical composition optical characteristics and hardness as conventionally mined diamonds. So perhaps if you’re in the area you want to stop by and take a look at what a lab produced diamond looks like and you can compare it to the conventionally mined diamonds in their store .Anyway, they quickly properly adjusted the links on my Seiko watch for proper fit and charged me only $20. If the watch had been purchased from them they would be no charge for the sizing adjustment.Their service was quick, friendly and efficient.I can recommend them and if I need any other jewelry or watches or watch repair, I will be sure to check with them first
