I went in for bloodwork on April 19th and my doctor STILL HAS NOTHING BACK. The " My Quest" portal is useless. It shows I had booked the appointment but when I looked for test results and it said"none" and thenI I checked test r"results pending"? it also said none. I know I went there, I know blood was withdrawn, where did it go? Where are my results? Why is it impossible to get a live person at quest diagnostics to assist?

Laura was horrible she refused to use a butterfly on me when I told her that I was a very difficult stick according to policy she quoted that butterflies were only to be used on Pediatrics I knew that wasn't true and confirmed it with a supervisor at Quest I will never go there again if she is working however I will say I spoke with a supervisor who was very nice and promised you would handle the situation don't be bullied buy a phlebotomist if you want a butterfly requested she cannot force you take a straight needle

Bottom rung for healthcare and customer service, automated system hangs up on you and of course, no human will speak to you. Go anywhere else for lab work.

We had to take our 21 month old son in for blood work, he had never had it done before. Both the ladies we worked with were absolutely incredible. I wish I had their names. They were so good to our son and us, they made the experience as pleasurable as it could be. Our appointment was at 11:15 and they took us at 10:30. My son was given stickers, in addition to all the smiles and good vibes from the lovely ladies who helped us. Seriously great experience for what it was, thank you ladies so much.

My husband had a 4:00 appointment today, they told him to wait in his car and he would be called when they were ready for him, at 4:58 he still hadn't been called and went inside to see what was going on, the lab was closed, everyone was gone, they completely forgot about him and left him sitting in the car. This is so unprofessional and irresponsible and we will be filing a complaint with Quest directly.

First time at this facility and I was somewhat apprehensive about what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when Adam helped me! He was incredibly kind, competent, experienced and patient! I highly recommend this lab!!!

Really only one worker on a Saturday morning how do you run a company like this Line 15 deep and only one staff member doing bloodwork They say they open 730 didn't see the first person until 745

Understaffed office. Waited 2 hours to get blood drawn for a walk in. Since they're overwhelmed they also dont work as efficiently because they're stressed out. I've been to numerous locations and this by far is the worst location.

I brought my 2 year old son to have blood drawn to fill out a state required form for school. The service was fast (with appointment). The two men drawing blood from my son were so nice and really took a few minutes to get to know him. Nick and Greg were their names I believe. They made it go very smooth. I was very impressed with how they handled a two year old. My son's memory of the experience was a joke that Nick told him, not the pain of the needle. Thanks Quest!
