I signed up for repeat delivery and I can't find my $100+ order that was said to be delivered yesterday. I am located in a secure spot, so I can't imagine where they put it. And the dasher phone numbers are all not in service one day later. The photo of said safe location is not loadable. Petco and repeat delivery suck.

I will never ever go back to this store again. I brought hermit crabs and was told if anything happened, sick, didn’t want them to bring it back so i did because my big crab 2 legs fell off and one told me ok you can get another one back go pick one and a different girl came over and said we cant let you have another one because it was aggression and there was no aggression what so ever. Its crazy 3 different people tell you different things they need to get themselves in order together!!! Ill tell everyone i no not to go there .!!!!!

The employees just ignore you, and the shelves are empty. Now, I went on a Monday so stock could've been empty that day; but to me it seemed the saddest Petco I've ever seen. It looked poorly set up and nothing made sense. The only good thing to say is the cashier seemed super nice.

Watched employee sell a small animal to someone who said they were gonna feed it to there snake. Extremely disgusting and disturbing. Very sad that there are sick people in this world. Even sadder that they have no policies as to who they sell to or what home the animals going to.

I ordered $111.76 worth of dog food from this store online April 19. The anticipated delivery date was four days after the order placement. The order was not delivered and despite four separate contacts to Petco - three telephone calls and one email, I never received the promised return call "within twenty-four hours". I have been repeatedly told the vendor would have to process the refund even though the payment was made to Petco. My fourth contact with customer service was today, June 27. The representative told me he couldn't issue a refund because the order was placed over thirty days ago. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told none were available, but they would call me back within two hours. This constitutes FRAUD in my opinion. Petco took payment for a product they did not deliver and have avoided refunding the money. If anyone has had a similar experience with Petco I encourage them to leave their experience here. I will refer this to a class action attorney if many others have suffered similar indignities.I finally received a refund after I was permitted to speak to a manager. I had to strongly insist before the representative connected me. Three months for this was unacceptably long and time consuming.

"Kassidy with a K" was the absoloute worst manager you could have for a store. she has no idea what she's doing and we bought fish and they told us for 30 days if any didn't make it to just bring a water sample and NOT the dead fish...why would i keep a dead fish? we went in to get replacement fish with a water sample like we were told to do. she told us she couldn't help us because we didn't bring in dead fish with the water sample. who carries a dead fish around that's absolutely disgusting. blondie aquatic specialist has no clue what he's talking about. never go here if i could give a negative review i would. keep in mind this is all after having these aquatic beauties for 3 days.

Went in to buy a "replacement" goldfish for my family, Vince sadly passed away after nine years after living it up in a 40 gallon tank. I was told by CAMERON that no, this is not adequate housing for a goldfish and he refused to "sell" me a goldfish. He informed me I needed a 90 gallon tank MINIMUM. CAMERON was wearing his mask around his neck (fashion accessory?) and told me GOOD LUCK with getting a goldfish. I dont need this attitude from a fishmonger. Seriously. The worst. I'ts a shame because it's a centrally located store with good quality cat and dog food but .. I'm never stepping foot in there again. Go to Feed Barn for cat food, they are just down the road, not sure where I'm getting the next goldfish though :-/

They have terrible aquarium help. Is it normal when you buy fish that they are hand caught. The same hands that handles money at the registers. This is th worse Petco around

If I could give 0 stars I would. After bringing my pet in for grooming, which was not done well, like a toddler had cut his hair. A day or two after grooming my dog was itching like crazy and had developed a flea infestation. After speaking with the manager (surprised she's even in that position in the first place) she took every chance she could to blame us instead of their lack luster grooming process. My animals have NEVER had fleas and mostly stay in house which is very clean. After speaking with others in the community apparently people have had similar experiences with this horrible manager and even some saying they had developed fleas/itching rashes after their dog had been in their grooming department. They would not offer us even a discount on a flea treatment after the fact, even with proof we showed up 48 hours after the grooming for flea treatment when initial symptoms showed. Will not be returning and neither should anyone else if you care about the well being of your animal. Shame on them. Save your dog don't go to new Milford Petco.

I'm glad I'm moving out of the area. I've being going to this Petco for the past 5 years and I've never had a problem just going in with my dog and getting what I need and then walking out. Even if it was a couple minutes past the close time I would alway be helped and I would be told that they are closing soon, but to take my time especially if I have my puppy and he is picking out a toy. I don't know what this women's problem was and I couldn't bare to believe that she could ever be the manager. I went to get training supplies and treats for my puppy after looking for not even 5 minutes then went to get a new toy. So I let my dog sniff around to make my pup comfortable making him know that the scent is of a safe place, apparently not. This rude bald lady decided to spook my dog and come up to me and my dog out of no where. Made my dog bark at her and she didn't even do anything to make my pup feel comfortable. Very surprising because every pet lover wants to make sure their pets feel comfortable. In the midst of that I'm trying to calm my puppy and listen to what she has to say she informs me "Hi, we're closed. We close at 8 and it's past that time." I said okay thank you we are just picking a toy amd will be heading out and she said "hurry because I have 2 minutes." with rudest demeanor(brows raise/arms crossed/attitude) How are you going to tell me you are closed and then say I have 2 minutes? I looked at the time and I had 5 minutes. This lady definitely needs training in customer service and not lying. I've never seen this lady before and that's probably a good thing because she shouldn't be seen or work with people or animals in that matter with an attitude like that. Once I was at the cashier she decides to go on the intercom and "inform" everyone that Petco is closed. If I am the only one in the store...why the heck do you need to state that you are closed through the intercom? Then after that she needed to let me know "because I locked the door before hand, I need to unlock it for each person leaving. By the way you have a beautiful dog" what makes you think I would want to speak to someone who is rude the entire time and just because you comment on my GORGEOUS aussie that everything is okay..no. Please tell me she's not the manager because knowing that Petco has bad judgment on people being in charge. I'm definitely going to try harder to see the morning shift crew knowing that they are never that rude even when I see them even during the evening shift I'm always given the right care and they know how respect a loyal customer. Then again, knowing she is working there I rather not bother. Really makes you think if they treat their customers like that..how do they treat the animals that they are suppose to "take care" of.

This store is horrible. All I wanted to do is get my dogs nails clipped which takes 5 minutes but now you have to make an appointment. I called last weekend, the 24th, at least 10 times and nobody picked up the phone. Then I called Thursday hoping to make an appointment for sometime this weekend and the same thing. Multiple calls and nobody picks up. I left a message to call me back and now it's Sunday and still nothing. Unbelievable!!!

I love this Petco location. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I even have my puppy enrolled in the private training with Barbra and it has been a God send! They have a great selection of food, toys and treats. We also use the Petco grooming which is also great! Definitely recommend!

Their groomers are amazing 10/10 both my dogs are ummmm let’s say quirky and the two women there are so patient and sweet with them. Can’t praise their work enough.

Great location. We bring all 3 of our senior dogs to get groomed there and have a great experience every time. The aquatics staff is also great for our fish needs!
