The owner himself is as rude as you can be: Ignored my handshake for 5 seconds, said to leave, ignored my presence, and spoke only to my friend "you shouldn't have brought him in here, leave." I wanted a day pass as my friend's guest but apparently no guests if someone isn't sitting at the desk. We waited there for a couple minutes and I went to the lockeroom for a bit thinking someone would show up when i got out to check me in. First time there I guess I'm not wanted.

Good 24/7 gym that’s never busy. If working out is your only goal this is the place. However they don’t have a shower and it’s cold in winter (60) and hot in the summer (80+). 3 power racks, Dead lift platform, squat rack. Free weights go up to 190#. Few machines are broken and stuff isn’t repaired promptly.

Great gym! Rob has done a great job since I went to the gym in my early twenty to resigning up in my mid 30’s.

Smaller then most gyms but that's what I love about it. Never crowded. Never waiting for equipment. Plenty of free weights. Great staff.

Gym doesn't keep scheduled appointments. My brother was suppose to meet Rob D on a Sunday evening to purchase gym equipment but Rob was a no show and the gym was closed when my brother arrived. Rob stopped answering texts or calls both before and after their appointment. A couple weeks later I had an 8am appointment which Rob canceled, unfortunately Rob waited till the last minute and it was so close to the appointment time I was already on the road for half hour when he sent the message. Rob often read but didn't respond to messages, this is even the case with the last two messages I sent him. I can't tell you anything about the gym other then they have no problem wasting your time and not keeping appointments.

This is a no b.s. place to get a great workout. There are plenty of plates, dumbbells up to 130 lbs., power racks, squat racks, a deadlift platform, 2 cable crossover stations, and every machine you'd ever want, including a 4-way neck machine. The place isn't jam packed with idiots playing on their iPhones or hanging out like it's the bar next door. The clientele is there to workout, which makes for a great environment. No stupid EDM or pop music is forced upon you either. Owner is a cool guy who basically built the gym 20+ years ago for serious lifters that he himself would want to workout in. The older guy in there right at closing time kneeling down on a gymnastic mat doing lat pulldowns has a great sense of humor. Just make sure to yell his nickname "Toaster Head" as loud as possible when you see him!

A bodybuilder's paradise. My go to gym whenever I need hammer strength equipment in my training. I love the hardcore atmosphere, where people are there to train their bodies and not their mouths.
