We had a unique situation since we had just moved in and didn't have any information on our septic. They were able to come out find it and pump it. Very professional and nice so happy we called them and they were able to help us.

Woke up early on Sunday to the septic tank alarm. Called Pupper around 7:30 am and they called back immediately. Came out in pouring rain and pumped both the septic and holding tanks. Made sure I knew what was going and next steps. All done before 9:30 at a fair price.

Needed unexpected service on a weekend. My existing septic company wouldn't call back. Another company I called was unavailable but referred Pupper Septic (aka Mr. Septic). Owner called back within 10 minutes and had someone on site within an hour... worker was knowledgeable and helpful. Thumbs up!

Unprofessional worker and Rude Owner. Arrive and dig where ever you want to find out where the open lid for septic tank is, even though you have the location map of the entry to septic tank then attempt to leave without servicing or asking customer where the location is(takes 1 second for me to show). Does not care for lawn restoration project underway. Mess-up the cleaning of tank and leave staunch smell in house for few days(how the hell does that happen?). Complain on customer that we called too late to give feedback, give lame excuses for the smell after service like you must have kept windows open(he must be the builder of my house or present during the cleaning of tank, he seem to know all the details), then do cheap talk as if I called for discounts and ensures I pay bill. Well done Pupper Septic! Somethings he forgot1. Customer is always right2. Listen to customer attentively before you open your mouth3. Dont assume that all customers always call for discounts or planning not to pay bills because of silly reasons.4. Most importantly if you are having a bad day dont show your frustration on customer.5. Have some humility and agree that there is a problem and apologize for the mistake and if you feel like doing something to win customer back...do it.I wish there are 0 stars.
