Rented mobile mini unit recently. All went well until we where charged an extra 500 for cleaning (I personally cleaned unit spotless before pick up) lock change, and HVAC system ( which we didn’t use , as we didn’t have 220 electric available to us) then after multiple conversations attempting a return ofLiability insurance moneys( emailed them a copy of them added as an additional insured)They kept giving me the runaround. Units were nice… but office staff are a disaster!Would not recommend, and I will be taking my money elsewhere!

These people are the worst. They raise their monthly charges without letting you know. I had more than $400 in overcharges. Local rep said that they would refund the entire overcharge amount. Then when I called the central offices they said that they would only refund $73. I also paid them for insurance. The container leaked and we had water damage to the contents. They would not pay anything. They said that it was my fault because driveway was on a slope. Well driveway was pitched away from container so water could not flow uphill into the container from the driveway.When you call they will not do anything. They say that any refunds have to be approved by local branch. The local branch manager does not return calls.

Experience was fabulous from Peter initially organizing and facilitating to accommodating our needs to Alan the delivery driver going outside the box (no pun intended) to get the container safely and damage free to our property. Alan truly loves his career and he will be the first to tell you himself what a wonderful company he works for. Totally an awesome experience so far....I highly recommend them.

This company has a 5 star in my book as well as the entire Hudson Valley. They heard we were donating 1000 turkey baskets in the middle of a pandemic to families in need and reach out to us to help immediately. The next day they were there with a trailer to store the food. I'd like to add we are an hour and 25 min away. Absolutely amazing and kind. I speak for the entire Hudson Valley when I say that we appreciate this company and their service.Thank youFrankie Flowers

They came and delivered a storage container free of charge for the John Flowers Community Turkey giveaway event here in Poughkeepsie, NY. They heard we needed storage and drove the 1 1/2 hours to drop it off to us. They are amazing and very community (even if it was in a different state) focused. GREAT JOB Mobile Mini. Thank you for helping to serve our community.

Robert Potz and all the folks at Mobile Mini are great. They were profession, responsive to my questions and on time with my deliveries. My mobile office and mobile storage were delivered on time and in new condition. The delivery drive was profession and skilled at setting the storage and office containers where I required.

I recently was in the market for storage / cargo containers. I did my due diligence and researching in renting vs. purchasing containers and came across Mobile Mini in New Milford, CT.
