Took lulu for the 1st time there and she loved Alice, she gave lulu a bath, dry and cut in a time record to make sure our puppy was not stressing out.Highly recommended.

Alice and Chris are the absolute best!! I have been taking my mini poodle here for months to be groomed. They are both so great with dogs; every time she sees Alice and Chris she just melts. They are extremely accommodating and even offered to move my appointment to a bit earlier to avoid my small dog being there and getting scared when the big dogs arrive. Such great people and great groomers!

I'd been to different groomers for every grooming that our baby needs. Not any more! Chris & Alice were wonderful. They've the best system, you make an appointment, they take care of your pooch at the appointed time and you're done within an hour.

I drive from Glastonbury to drop my boy off. I wouldn't send my dog anywhere else, that's how confident I am with trusting Chris and Alice. My dog is super happy when he's here, yesterday when I picked him up after a short stay he kept looking out the window as I was leaving and I could tell he's missing his new friends. Great place and highly recommended.

We drive all the way from Glastonbury, total of an hour and 20ish to drop off my Dog. I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else except Chris and Alice. Place is well kept, lots of doggies and they're all happy. This place is honestly like a mini vacation for them because it' located on the country side, lots of trees and acres of land, plus they take extreme care of your dog just as you would. I'll continue using them for as long as I can. Funny thing, I was picking up my guy after a short weekend stay yesterday and after he got in my car he kept looking out the window restless at the place, I could tell he was missing his new friends.

Love this place! It is a little out of the way for me but I always make the trip when I need my maltipoo groomed. Such nice people who clearly really love dogs and they always do a great job. highly recommend!

You can feel comfortable leaving your dog in Chris and Alice's care. They took care of my dog when I was away over the holidays. The kennel is clean and very well cared for.

Our dog Nick loves Chris and Alice. He is happy to be left and doesn't show signs of stress when he comes home. We have been using Mine Hill for about 4 years now and the difference shows!
