We ordered a J2 cushion- the kind we’ve been using for decades. What arrived was some fake or defective version- way more soft and yielding than it’s supposed to be. Caused my wife pain and discomfort right before the winter vacation.Update: the issue remains unresolved. The company tries to make us pay for every step involved, our request to be put in contact with the manager has not been met, no hint of offers of compensation.

I ordered some sugar free frozen popsicles with electrocytes from MedicalEShop. They continuously said the item was back ordered. Finally in November, ‘23 (after I ordered in August, 23), they told me they could not get this item and asked me if I wanted a refund. I said yes, and to refund it to PayPal. They instead sent the refund to a debit card that had been compromised so my bank had closed that card and issued a new debit card. Well, the refund went to LaLa Land. They say they sent it but my bank has no record of it at all. As of 1/27/24 They keep saying they sent the refund but I’ve yet to receive it. If this company doesn’t have what you want to order in stock then don’t order it!

My husband and I purchased a trotter stroller for our handicapped daughter. Prior to the purchase I called and spoke with a sales rep to explain my daughter's situation. I was very detailed in my explanation and was told by the rep what size etc. I needed to purchase. We received the stroller and my daughter did not fit in it. I requested a RMA for the item a was charged a restocking fee for an item I was assured would fit her. Upon receipt of the RMA email I printed the information and took it with me to ship it back (another cost I incurred). A few days later I received an email stating I had shipped it to the wrong place and would be charged even more money for them to forward it on. Keep in mind I shipped it to the address on the email I was given the RMA. So in the end I am getting back around half of what I paid for an expensive item that I had received confirmation from the company would work. This has been a horrible company to deal with! It's bad enough to have to spend out such substantial amounts of money for medical equipment only to have to pay for all these other things that are truly not my fault!

Disappointing that product photos might not actually be of the desired product. That requires ordering one as a sample before proceeding with a final order.
