Purchased products for our retail store, sold 6 cases of plaster bandages purchased from this company and all 6 cases were defective. They refused to make the situation right. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again, I would urge you not to as well.

I was very happy with my recent order with medicaleshop inc. I ordered baby wipes that I had problems getting elsewhere. I was informed that the order may take some time to arrive but I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived much sooner than expected.

I just received the email telling me the product has been shipped and the tracking number. Today is Monday. I received the product last Friday! I think your system needs an upgrade. Otherwise I am pleased with the product.

On May 2024, I purchased an Invacare heavy-duty manual wheelchair as advertised on their website. MedicaleShop shipped me the wrong wheelchair. The Indian guy, Ayush who goes by the name, David is fraud. MedicaleShop denied exchanging the right wheelchair despite the manufacturer Invacare, a great company who was willing to exchange and waive restocking fees. MedicaleShop lure people to pay PayPal in which i did. When I demanded a refund which they denied. I disputed with PayPal, and they agreed to accept the return but bear the UPS shipping cost $190. I waited for the refund for over two months. Never do business with this company, everything they advertise on their website, are not actual items that they order from suppliers and manufacturers. Please do research, i learned my lesson in a hard way. I never thought you could find con artists in Conanicut.

Baiting customer with the discounted price. Asked me to call them to verify the purchase and transaction with bunch of questions. After the order was verified and confirmed, they sent an email immediately that the products are no longer available. What a joke

Tried to cancel an order due to it taking 2-3 weeks to ship but it was delivered anyway. I attempted to return but they will not take it back due to it being drop shipped and "unable to reach the supllier". They apparently don't actually have the items advertised so if there is an issue it appears you are stuck with no remedy. I should have read the reviews closer. They promise help but don't provide any.
Update: after response on review a refund was given and return process started. Although the process could have been better I give them credit for correcting it once the review was posted.

I am extremely happy with my online order for shave lotion for my husband. They reached out to me to say that the order would come directly from the supplier and could take 3-4 weeks for delivery. They gave me the option of cancelling the order, since it could be quite a while. I thought that was very considerate of the company. I proceeded with the order, since hubs still had over half a bottle. I originally placed the order on 05/15/2024 and it came today, 05/20/2024. I highly recommend Medicaleshop!

I've placed two orders with Medicaleshop so far, and the products are as advertised and the service is outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you ordered. Prices are reasonable in my opinion. For my first order, I needed to received it quickly, and they made it happen and even checked in to make sure I got it. I highly recommend them.
