“I made an appointment online using the quest app, and there were plenty of available bookings, I arrived on time and checked in using the check in station by the door, I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival and out the door within 5 more, it was a seamless experience, I was greeted warmly by Ramaa, and she confirmed all of my information professionally and quickly. Her phlebotomy skills were sharp and efficient, she painlessly stuck me with the drawing needle and took several samples of blood. It was my best experience in this office and I hope I can see her again for future testing, I get regular bloodwork done for ongoing preventative care. This office is always prompt when you make an appointment but something about Ramaa made this particular visit memorable, she was so warm and friendly, I wish every practitioner there took a page from her book.”
