Absolutely insane pricing. I’ve never been to a Goodwill with such high prices before. They’re completely disorganized and the selection is not great - not worth going here.

Nice and clean, usually fair prices. Friendly staff. We enjoy thrifting there and have never had an unpleasant experience.

My wife and I came here this past Sunday 3/17. They actually had a lot of good things there. When it came time to check out, they had an issue finding my wife's goodwill acnt. after trying several different times using different methods, the cashier and my wife decided to just make a new acnt. So, she did. after being rung out the total came to $79 and change. My wife inserted her Debit card into the card reader, entered her PIN & removed the card when prompted by the card reader. The cashier then asked whether she'd like a printed receipt, to which my wife replied "yes." At this point the cashier said the screen went blank and that it " canceled out " and that the receipt could not be printed. Not really a big deal @ 1st but when they tried to reprint the previous transaction receipt, it printed the person he rang out before us. They then said that they could not even look the receipt up with my wife's # which she just used to setup a new goodwill acnt. they then came to the conclusion that the entire transaction never went through the Point of Sale system and that they had to ring everything up again. as he was re ringing everything back up for the 2nd time, we checked our bank acnt and noticed the $79+ charge from goodwill. we showed the cashier and he called for the manager to the register. Not sure if this was a store manager or not but a man came up & everything was explained to him and he somehow came to the conclusion that the transaction in fact did not go through, and that the bank would credit us back as a result and that they would have to charge us again. I became a tad annoyed when this manager acted like he worked for our bank and knew for sure that the charge was going to fall off the account. My wife was also annoyed and said, "I guess we will just ring it up again". I then spoke up and asked, "What if the charge doesn't drop off and then we get double charged?" the manager said "if that is the case, we will just give you the refund" I said OK, so we can just go to our local GW to do the return, right? NO. we had to go back to the New Milford location to get a refund. at that point I was beyond pissed. and I told him that that was not acceptable because we live 56 minutes away in NY. my wife then called her mother who used to worked as management for a GW as a retiree and her mother has never heard of anything like that happening. at this point the manger decided to call his district manager to see if there was anything else that could be done. after 5 minutes or so he came back and said to the cashier defeatedly " just let them leave" as if my wife and I were con men trying not to pay. He seemed annoyed at the fact that we were possibly getting product for free. We all had a bad taste in our mouths over the whole situation. and guess what?? the Chage posted next morning, so we would have been charged twice. that's not even the worst part about this whole debacle. as we were leaving the cashier said to my wife " Now you can go get an ice cream to cool off, or maybe a hot dog or something." At that point I wanted to go across the register, but I think the cashier was a little on the special needs side, so I didn't say anything. I think it would be best for everyone if they would take the time to train the people that work there a tad bit better. and also let management know to leave the banking knowledge to the bankers, and not just assume stupid ideas. and perhaps not insult my wife or our intelligence. there is a reason why he's working @ GW. goodwill's acnt look up, POS systems, and customer service is held together by duct tape and a lot of these fragile mechanisms are starting to break down. We wish them well..

I stopped in here before visiting my sister in New Milford. I've gone to the previous location ( which, I have to admit, I liked it because it reminded me of the old stores ?)But this store is bright and clean, prices are clearly marked ( I didn't have to search through the item to find the price)The workers I encountered were friendly and cheerful.Oh, and the parking was much better than the previous location, too.

Good store but the cashier with the dark hair and blue eyes (wish I caught her name) needs a major attitude adjustment. I understand I came in on a crowded Friday night but as customers my girlfriend and I were not causing any issue and that does not give you the right to treat us so poorly. Absolute silence the whole transaction except for when she would talk to us which was in an absolutely angry/annoyed tone. It takes ZERO effort to be nice to people and if that’s too difficult then this employee should stay in the back rather than up front

Service from employees is exceptional. Faculty is clean and spacious. Workers are in good spirits and grateful for those who support the cause. Thank you workers for all the hard work you do each day. It is a tremendous job to collect, sort, and display all of the contributions. I am happy to have contributed to this organization for several years. The value to the community is unmeasurable. The display is setup in an orderly and organized use of space and again the workers are very helpful.

As any store goes, this Goodwill has one huge flaw - it is on a very busy road, and people will try to turn left to get in and out of it. It can be done but with jackrabbit reflexes. Once inside the lot though, there is plenty of parking. The store inside is mostly clothing (maybe 2/3 of the store), even with wedding dresses. There is a really good book display with a lot of modern releases in good condition. There's also an okay household display with glassware and home decor. If you're going to try to emulate the resale people on TicTock or Facebook, this is pretty sparse and well picked through, but you may yet find a treasure!

I have purchased many wonderful clothing items & home furnishings over the years-including 4 BRAND NEW counter stools & a floor lamp. Also have found some treasured antiques; beautiful frames to repurpose. My favorite thing to buy is colorful or whimsical dishes or footed plates to use to make baked goods look extra enticing-! Love GOODWILL!
