I do pick up and drop off there. Their hours are greater than i need, the parking, and carts are always available, and the staff treats me, as if i was their boss. I like ups in every other way, but this fedex site is the best of the best.

There are no signs indicating that this is a FedEx on site. But it was easy to use.

It was fine. There was no advertising outside to indicate which business provided Fed Ex services though, so I spent time driving around and by luck found it. (It is within a plaza). Turned out that it is inside of Rite Aid. The one thing that stinks is that there is no real dedicated line for Fed Ex, so you may be waiting for a while if there is a long line of customers who want to purchase things.

I wanted to call the local office to get specific directions and find out a landmark to watch for BUT they have no local numbers. They say their numbers are "private". Really? Because it is a public place. The public comes in and out of there all day. Another example of FedEx being unfriendly to customers. Look for another carrier like UPS or the USPS. They will let you call them!
