Today I went in to pick up a prescription. it's a very expensive medication. I had a drug discount card. I asked to check if the card was valid to use. the person was extremely rude. she claimed the medication was 12000 dollars and I was getting it at a discount already. I said ok then I'll pay the co pay! she then rudly said I had to wait on a long line again to pay since she had to te key the medication back in the system. there were 10 people on line which I had already waited. she would not service me. this is the worst pharmacy in ct for service and any kind of kindness. I will use express scripts from this point on.

Understaffed so employees are overworked and rude. For a pharmacy this close to the hospital the hours are not good. Basically - don't get sick between 8pm and 8am, 10am on Saturday & Sunday. The pharmacy opens at 8am days when both working parents are at work and 10am on weekends when people try to get errands done early and enjoy much needed time off. The drive-thru closes at lunch, so can't stop by then either. Also, the drive-thru will be closed at randoms other than the posted lunch hour. This store is a poor reflection on the CVS franchise.

Absolutely horrible. I hate having to come here to get my wife's prescriptions. The line in the store is always like 30 min long if not longer. I'm in the line now as I'm typing this and the line is down the freaking isle.. all the while their phone is chiming that they have a call waiting for them yet they don't seem to care... don't go here. Go to the stop n shop or rite aid, anywhere but here.

The pharmacist is always very pleasant which is more than I can say about the other CVS location I used to go to which will remain nameless. It's interesting how someone's attitude can completely change the way you feel about a location, brand or store. Never leaving this location ever very happy with it.

No drive through, long lines, prescription that were sent in days ago, not filled. No medications stocked to fill the prescriptions and don’t even think about calling them. My Doctor is even recommending going to another pharmacy.

This place is an absolute joke. I had a script called in the morning go to pick it up the next day and they’re telling me they can push it to have it done within 15 minutes cause it’s not even started all while waiting in a line that’s wrapped around the aisles with one person working the registers and like 6 people behind the counter just walking around talking about someone will be with you shortly.*updateUnfortunately had to come back for an instacart order. Had to get meds from pharmacy. ID WAS REQUIRED. Was told by some pharmacist that I was wrong and that this was the normal Tylenol and not the one behind the counter . Spent an unnecessary amount of time looking for an item that I already knew where it was, but was told I was wrong. The cashiers at the front of the store even confirmed that this medication was in the pharmacy but the pharmacist didn’t want to hear it and didn’t want to do her job so she told me that I was wrong and sent me on my way which turned into losing out on money Because I wasn’t able to complete the order . They really need to just burn this building down and start over

They've doubled the number of pharmacists but somehow it still takes an hour to pick up a prescription that you were told was ready for pick up five hours earlier. And I mean an hour in line followed by another long wait to get the prescription. This place is almost worse than death.

Never have prescriptions that are called in. Pharmacy is not responsive when trying to call to check status of their inventory. Third time they did not have inventory for prescription and had to go in to find out because they don’t answer phone.

Pharmacy staff at NM is generally nice when you can reach them, but they seem to be understaffed and don't pick up phone, and you're on perpetual hold ! (Staff members admit that they don't answer the pharmacy phone during the day when busy anymore...) They've also become slower at filling scripts. The Danbury location on Padanaram Rd is even worse!. Ugghhh....megachain....

Didn’t fill my script correctly, giving the wrong amount of pills, and didn’t notify me as a patient which is illegal, and messes with insurance.
