Hello Big Y, I shop at your store for all our family groceries. With all the news surrounding Boars Head products and the listeria outbreak, I was surprised not to see any reference to this at your deli counter. What are you doing to keep everyone safe? I certainly won’t be buying any BH products any more. Maybe you should remove the brand and switch to Dietz & Watson or some other premium brand. Thank you.

I’m new to the area and Big Y is my “go-to” store for all of my weekly shopping needs. While the prices are a tad high, I feel the quality of produce and meat is better than other stores in the area. I also appreciate the large variety of organic options and can easily find snacks and sweet treats that I don’t regularly see in other stores.
While the store itself is often busy, it usually doesn’t feel “crowded,” except when at checkout. I appreciate the opportunity for self-checkout, but having more cashiers available would be helpful.
This is also my first time regularly using their pharmacy and while the ladies are nice, the whole system feels disorganized. Pharmacy hours are inconsistent and hours on the weekend are limited.
I’ll have to get used to shopping here more often, but overall I’m pretty satisfied with the quality of Big Y compared to other chains.

I got something listed as 5.99. But the big y company put in small lettering under the price. 6.99. Which was very hard to read and no clue why they did that other to trick. Talked to a manager about it. He resolved the issue. And it's not the first time this happened. Not happy with the corporation doing that. But as for the staff and management of the store. 5 stars

Always get cakes there... the bakery is awesome I ordered a cake with no idea of what would look good a very friendly lady called me back made some great suggestions and it couldn't have been better!!

I used to love shopping here but lately the produce and employees have all went downhill. The produce section is either under-stocked or has sad excuses for food, go through the peppers and you’ll find they’re rotting/soft.
As for the staff most are friendly but literally yesterday I asked a man for help, he replied with “what.” Like I’m wasting his time, I asked if he can get carrots from the back so he returns and shoves a bunch of carrots in my face then storms off.
I won’t be returning, I’m sick and tired of the declining quality Big Y supplies to their loyal customers such as myself.

My first time at big Y. Just moved into town I was greeted by a young lady Bella. She was a light of joy, made my experience better than any other store in town. I will definitely be back. I placed my order then did my shopping and picked up my food. Nothing but a smile on her face. My day. I will definitely be back

If I could give a Zero I would . I called over the phone to order pizza , I asked for wings . Whomever answered said there was wings at the wing bar , I get there and there are no wings available I order wings . I was told 10 mins . Waited 30 mins for the wrong order
