If I could give 0 stars I would..1 it’s way too much!! Unfriendly , awful costumer service especially the “so called” managers! not to talk about the dismissal attitude when asking to have a better internet inside the back to be able to open accounts or login to set up the mobile banking. One only guy is worth going there: Paolo! Shame on all those others! They should be let go!

I went in to open a joint account with my husband and was met with the most unfriendly customer service. I was told an appointment would be necessary but I had checked online earlier in the day and saw that an appointment was “not required”. I am an excellent B of A customer with two accounts, wealth management services and two credit cards. After today I will be taking my business to Chase where my husband banks and forget B of A. This seems to be a theme as I’ve had previous experience with unpleasant customer service and tellers that are not willing to provide service to their customers.

Poor customer service, rude tellers, demand a phone call before visit but do not answer phone when called multiple times. As a return customer/customer for a larger company as well, they don’t bother to get to know their customers by name. Numerous times referred to as “that girl” and “that *company name* person* if the company allowed, would love to switch banks. Just awful every time.

No drive threw service! 1 star for that! Always just one MAYBE two tellers working. Standing in line over 10 minutes. USB destroys this bank. What a junk place!!!! One teller and no drive threw. You get ZERO STARS IF i could!

Do not use the ATM machine its a scheme, even thought the people at the location maintain the ATM, in this case they said to call another number who said it would take 45 days to come to a decision on this matter . . I've deposited cash, which the machined returned partially and stayed with a good amount, also it was the loading page for about 6 minutes, returning my card and nothing else. How they have the machine and cannot verify right there the extra money that its deposited ???? if they cannot take responsibility for the machine why have it ?????

I remember going to the one in Danbury on main street, i have never gone to the branch in new milford. But I guess they all work the same. Nice atmosphere and friendly workers hope they will continue to serve their customers .

Their rules and fees should be posted on the back of their checks so it is known there is a $8 check cashing fee and finger print required for all non account holders! Also, if you want to simply make a deposit, make sure you have your ID. (When recently looking for new business banking these annoying past experiences deterred me from considering BOA)
