I visited the store on Thursday afternoon to
Purchase a battery for my RAV4. The staff was amazing They helped with the installation and were extremely patient and friendly!
I strongly recommend them…especially for folks like me with limited knowledge of auto mechanics.

Came in to check warranty on a battery. Front desk women told me that it might be expired without even looking up my information. Starts getting an attitude when I ask her to look my information up. If you're going to have a lazy attitude and not do you're job then do not work at a location that deals with customer service.

Needed a new battery for my key fob. I do not know how to fix anything car related unfortunately and don’t like asking for help. Staff were kind, patient and even changed the battery for me. Store was clean and organized. Will definitely return. Also, we had snow the night before and I was impressed that the parking lot & walkways were already cleaned off.

Jeff, Chris and rich were the best. I came in almost at closing time to change a headlight and they did not hesitate to give me the best customer service ever. Jeff went the extra mile tonight for me. Would definely recommend if they are there. I will be a returning customer.

I came in for a simple problem: to replace my old and broken license plate holder. The guy behind the counter was even nice enough to install it for me since mine was hanging on by one screw and I didn’t have a screwdriver in the car. I don’t see old-school customer service like that anymore. Well done and thanks AutoZone.

Couldn’t get any service at advanced so I stopped by here and it was such a breeze I’m converted to a customer here now. The younger gal who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. Totally turned my mood around!

Its the most racist store i ever been in just brought back a starter for my boss they had the idea cause i was a black puertorican i was less then my boss thats a great white man went over with me and they had no issue in the return but just long faces

After my husband called and had them order his parts . AutoZone called that the parts were at the store, so he went to the store to pick them up. When he arrived he was told that only half the parts were there. When he asked why he was called when only half the parts had been delivered, the store associate give no explanation and no apology. The store associate then told my husband that they would be there the next day. Disgruntled , my husband said he would drive back the next day to get the rest of the parts. My husband drove down, again, the next day. A different store associate could not find his name/account/parts. The associate from the previous day walked in and said he deleted him from the system and therefore canceled the parts order. No phone call, no apology, nothing. Just attitude and disregard for customer satisfaction. Apparently they don't need your business so go down the road to advanced auto, where they have most parts available at store and are polite and friendly. This is NOT the first time multiple visits are required to get a simple part from AutoZone. Don't waste your time.

I love going to autozone, they are so helpful. Recently I went in to change the battery on my key faab, I went to another business first but they did not know how to change my battery. Went to Autozone and they knew exactly what to do, fixed it quick and easy. Would recommend Autozone not only for your auto needs but also the price of their products, so reasonable.

Stopped in today with my old truck because the service engine light came on. Dennell was able to determine what the problem was with the "fix finder" tool. Turned out to only be a faulty gas cap which luckily was in stock. Dennell removed the old one and attached the new on and I was good to go! Everyone in the store was so helpful! Will definitely be using them again!
