“My car would not start. I needed a tow. The driver convinced me to send my car to Envy Service Center in stead of the dealer. They replaced the starter with an after market starter for $500. When I picked up the car I found that there was a strange noise each time I started it. I told the owner about the noise and he agreed to look at it the following Monday. They determined that the new starter was bad and replaced it. It now starts fine with no weird noise.ENVY seems to be a business that honors their word and backs their work as far as I can tell.Also, they washed and cleaned my car so that it looked GREAT!Respectful and courteous. First oil change.
On July 18th, 2024 I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change at Wetmore’s. I decided to drop it off early so I can go to Phys-Ed gym and work out. Due to the extreme heat I inquired if I could be dropped off at the gym. I immediately reiterated that if it was a problem, not to worry about it. An employee immediately drove me to Phys-Ed.
At approximately 1:10pm, I received a text message that my oil change was done!!! I was very pleasantly impressed that it was done early based on all my previous experiences elsewhere.
As a new customer and very satisfied Jeep owner, I am glad that I purchased my Jeep at Wetmores.
I was in need of a new vehicle and Jonathan Morales was my sales representative. Everything went very smoothly and Jonathon did a great job. When Jonathon was off, Jose Batista followed up on my questions.
So from Sales to Service, I had experienced welcoming professional service.

“10 stars if I could! On a roadtrip, on the hottest day of the year, the AC on my 10 year-old BMW wagon cut out. It was a dangerous situation. I pulled into Auto Technic by chance, after 2 places on Google maps were closed. Rob correctly diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes and fixed my car in 30. He got me back on the road safely, quickly, and even at a very fair price when he could've charged me anything under the circumstances. One week & 1k miles later, my car is still working great -- roadtrip saved. Thank you, Rob!”

“The gas station I normally go to was closed. On my way home I stopped here. Very convenient And lots of pumps so no wait. Couple of parking spots if you need to go inside to the convenience store. Lots of great options in there including lotto. The price is similar to everyone on route seven currently.”

“They are very knowledgeable on both the cars and their customers. After buying 4 new tires at Mavis, I felt a very strong thumping underneath whenever I turned the wheel either way and even a small amount of I drove forward or back, even slowly. After Mavis checked to be sure it had nothing to do with their work, they suggested J&J. The people there were ready for me at appointment time, recognized the problem, got the parts (differential) in 1 day. Ready for repair appointment next day, recognized and remembered car and me. Told me how long (2 days). Fixed problem as promised (actually by noon next day). Car feels great now. The were quick as promised and did a great job. Very highly recommend. They know what they're doing and are fair and honest. Can't say enough about them. If I need any work done on my car it's good to know of a reliable repair shop in town.”
