Horrible! Stay far away from this business. The finance manager will takes advantage of young people trying to buy a car. Ive gone to several car dealerships and this was by far the worst.

This was genuinely the worst experience I've had at a car dealer. I called ahead to let the sales team know what car I was interested in and that I wanted to test drive. During the drive, the salesman had no answers for any of the questions I had about the car (routine ones, literally like "what does this button do?").
We get back to the dealership and that's when the salesman tells me he's "mandated" by ford to markup the MSRP by a few thousand dollars. When asked why that is, salesman had no answer.
I was about to walk away because of this, but the owner of the dealership asked if I had a moment to sit down. This meeting was the same crap the other salesman gave me about markups on MSRP, except this time the owner spoke down to me, belittled me, and patronized me for pressing him as to why Ford would mandate a markup on an MSRP they came up with in the first place.
For everyone wondering-- Ford does NOT mandate this markup. After leaving the dealership I ended up buying the same make and model car brand new for UNDER the MSRP due to deals run by Ford motors.
If you don't want to do business with sleazy and rude salesmen, do yourselves a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

Where do I begin!! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot until the moment I drove out with my new vehicle I was greeted and treated with appreciation. The entire staffing treats you as if they’re all your salesman/woman.? Tre assisted me from start to finish. He listened to me, he asked me questions sometimes as a woman it can be intimidating going into dealerships however, that was not my experience and I owe a big thank you to Tre. I pray God blesses you a great deal. My process was not a 1 day thing due to my end, but Tre stayed in contact keeping me cool calm and collected! I say all of this to say head down to Whaling City!!! Let me not forget the owner even made his presence and appreciation known.

Please change your most recent ad with "Maria". Not only are you clearly catering to illegals who don't have a Social Security numbers, as a Hispanic son born here of *legal* immigrants from Latin America, I find the "Maria" ad racist and offensive. Not only is her accent a parody and a trope for what white people think of how Hispanics sound, the implication that people like Maria don't have SSNs is outrageous. Shame on you.

Never purchase from these people. I paid a $1,000 deposit for a new electric car that they did not have on the lot yet. They told me that the car would be ready in about 3-5 months. But the car was never made.
I kept getting emails from Ford saying that my car's production was delayed. Over the years, when I was getting these emails that were stringing me along, I kept calling and going to dealership, and they just kept telling me that they didn't know any more than what the emails are telling me.
Eventually, I got an email saying that my car was not going to be made and the link to my purcahse agreement was deactivated. So, I went into the dealership to ask for my deposit back.
Whaling City continue to give me the run around for about 4 more months until finally, the owner, Philippo, emailed me to tell me that my deposit was non-refundable.
I've never experienced such dishonestly in my life, and I will be reporting them.
I did end up getting my car from Monaco Ford, a small woman owned business with the best customer service, and I love my car

I just picked up my new Mazda CX-90 at Whaling City Auto Group. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The whole team at Whaling City made me feel like I was apart of the family. They really took the time to make sure all my needs were met. Even the owner Filippo made sure to take time out of his busy day and thank me for my business. Highly recommend if your looking to buy or service a car!

I took my brand new Bronco there, even though I didn't purchase it there. They were completely professional and did a great job, just a standard oil change!!

If you happen to be a priority there-good for you. I dropped my vehicle off for the repair the first time, after approx. 900 dollars they return it "repaired"-however it was not repaired. I made appointment for second visit. Arrived and was informed they were unable to get to my vehicle even with appointment and requested that I leave it for a day or two. I left it for nine days and they never "got around" to even looking at it. Funny how they charge customers for lot storage but don't reimburse for vehicle loss or your time. The worst part is when I called to get a status, the assigned repair POC either was not there or never returned my call. Bottom line is, I hope you are on their priority listing, if not do like I did and find another repair center. Was the initial "repair" even needed-that is yet another pending question.

I had called Whaling City, and spoke with Asa Zorn. The inside of my car was a bit brown and I did not want to damage the white leather, since I had purchased the Simoniz GlassCoat Warranty when I purchased my car I called Whaling City and they told me to bring the car in a few days later. Asa Zorn and Dave were amazing at accommodating this last minute request, the coat was reapplied to the inside of the car and it ended up looking like the day I had purchased the car. I extremely recommend this product and Asa's team, specially Dave who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I will not do business with Whaling City Ford.I was offered $2500 which is near $4,000 below market value for my car if it was in its worst condition possible. My car in its worst condition shows as worth $6000 worst case , but my car is in near perfect condition. Was also told byconsider representative my car had a salvage title which it does not I have it in hand and sent a copy of it to dealer representative showing it was not a salvage title they didnt want to hear it told me Carfax showed it having a salvage title .After giving me a unfair tradin value for my car and quoting me a high monthy payment based on a $25,000 purchase , then had the nerve when I said ill take my chances with other options came back and said amd i quote "what other options" amd proceeded to sand me a cell picture of thier computer screen showing just the top of the carfax which by the way did not say salvage title but said sold at salvage auction. And last but not least said if i sell it brimg the cash in as money down .So as of cureent i listed it in facebook market for $8500 after that conversation figuring the buyer would negotiate it down and I just was hamded $7000 for it whixh I certainly will NOT be spending at Whaling City Ford !

Unfortunately, Whaling City has ignored multiple phone calls and emails requesting my $368 refund for the balance of new vehicle registration fees (I was an out-out-state buyer). The finance person disputed the official published fee schedule information then stated it was not relevant as I would be refunded the difference. Even after contacting the owners, it’s now been almost 4 weeks since I took delivery and expect they will never refund me. Based on
my experience, I would say Whaling City is a “stealership”.
