Jonathan was outstanding. He took care of both myself and my husbands cell phone requests, as well as a new pad. He was thorough and very polite. We got home with 2 new cell phones and pad..have had no issues...unusual for us.. technology eludes us somewhat... could not be more pleased.. Thank you, Jonathan..please..never leave..!!!
