I’ve now brought my vehicle to Audi 2 times with a rattling to the motor the first time the service man had claimed that his master mechanic had taken a look at the vehicle and had claimed that the noise is normal for the age of the vehicle and it was the fluids from settling. Now I bring it back again with the noise getting worse and worse and the young guy behind the counter had claimed that there was no rattle at all. And had then tried to tell me maybe it was due to a tune up. As I went to my vehicle after they just had it all morning I start the vehicle up and the vehicle makes the rattle from the engine again. Now I have to go pay out of pocket instead of having the warranty that I payed for my car handle it due to the lack of care or attention at all.nor did they back up the warranty that I had paid for! And yes this is where I had purchased the vehicle from!

Seth at Town Hill Auto is awesome there was no pressure to buy like normal dealerships does... he give you the space needed to make the 2nd biggest decisions of your life...I respect him and I would highly recommend Seth at Town Hill Auto.... go and see him if your looking for a car... He is honest and forthcoming with his help to the customer.... I love my new 2018 Audi Q3 from them it is literally like a brand new car.... If you're unsure where to start looking for a car I would highly recommend Town Hill Auto as a place to start and finish looking for a nice car.

My search is over. I'm driving from Norwich to New London for service from now on. WELL WORTH IT. Price point, appointment availability, quality of workmanship. I've tried to find that shop like my dad used to have. Came to the conclusion they just don't exist till I spoke with TJ at Town Hill Auto. 2008 Wrangler transmission problem my mechanic in Norwich didn't want to touch. Fair price, knowledgeable tech, Service Manager TJ and met owner Tom who was fantastic as well and on site. The did the work for what they quoted, on the day I selected, for the duration of time they said they needed the vehicle and problem solved. If you don't at least try this place, your headache is your own fault.

Town Hill Auto does great, reliable work, at a more than fair price, and they're quick. I have stopped giving my business to other shops in the immediate area for Town Hill because they were just so much better at what they do. I'll always take both my cars back to them.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Townhill auto since 2016. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to have any type of work done. They are professional, they are knowledgeable, And they are proficient in everything that they do. 100% honest with letting you know what needs to be done and what can wait but will need to be done in the future. Went in today 2-24-24 for my emissions test at 11 am. I stood in the office for almost 10 minutes with out anyone coming out to acknowledge my presence. I can hear people talking and working in the shop. So I ring the bell, nothing. I call out and get zero response. I then call and I can clearly hear the phone ring. Nothing. Then another customer comes in for an emissions test. This is when I get really frustrated and go to the door to the shop area, knock loudly and finally get someone's attention. This is when I was told they are closed today. There was no signs or anything. The door was unlocked. According to the state emissions site they are open. This is absolute bull. They should have the decency to at least put out a sign!!

The Red Ford Raptor that is currently on there lot needs 30k plus work of rust restoration on the under carriage and it also needs frame work where it has rusted out. Definately not worth the 30k their asking for it.
