THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR/TIRE SHOP EVER!! I have had numerous issues with my car recently that led to a lot of work and money being spent on it. I had priced match tires at Costco, Bjs, Midas, dealerships, etc. and Town Fair Tire was the best price and quality by a mile! When I went, a gentleman named Ralph was helping me. He was beyond informative helping me with other issues while I was waiting. I have never had an experience at a car place where someone was actually kind and wanted to help just out of the kindness of their heart. I would recommend this place over and over again.
Ps. If a Town Fair Tire boss/manager sees this. Give Ralph a raise!

NEVER AGAIN. Paid for a 4-wheel alignment I'll never get from them. Said the "bolts were frozen" but charged anyway! And guess what? An alignment had been done just 4 months prior, the car is only 3.5 years old, and the shop I brought it to after said "they're full of it ... no problem with bolts whatsoever." Then they told me that they'd heard this nonsense from other TFT customers many, many times in the past. A once regular customer is now a loyal TIRE RACK customer.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful, walked in without an appointment and dropped my car off for 4 new tires, fit me in between appointments and was back to pick up my car 2 hours after without any issues. Highly recommend!

My SUV back tire took in a large screw on Sunday causing a flat. Made an appointment online for Monday. Appointment was handled on time and tire (previously purchased at a different Town Fair Tire) was repaired professionally. Town Fair has a great tire selection and services all tires efficiently and effectively. Thank you to the team in New London!
