I recently was rear ended by a large pickup truck in my wife’s brand new 2024 Honda CRV Sport and after some research decided to use Taylor Refinishing in New London, Ct. to do all the repairs including replacing the rear hatch door and any other work to bring it back to new. This family owned business was professional, easy to work with and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. All parts were OEM and the color matching was perfect where painting was required. The attention to detail and follow through to finish when promised was outstanding. I highly recommend this business for excellence in workmanship and ease to work with. First I want to say thank you to Beth and her incredible team. Taylor Refinishing is a place I would highly recommend. I had got into an accident after just recently purchasing my vehicle. The insurance claim was frustrating but once I got into contact with Beth and Taylor Refinishing she handled everything. From getting me in as soon as possible, to setting up a rental vehicle, to contacting the insurance company, she did it all! She communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept me updated. Taylor Refinishing was absolutely great to work with! After a minor fender bender they took me in as soon as possible, were extremely efficient, very easy to work with and paid attention to the smallest of details. Hopefully we remain accident free but won’t hesitate to use them in the future if need be. Thanks again!

I just picked up my 2020 Subaru Ascent after having body work done at Taylor Refinishing. I couldn’t be happier ! Beth and Charles were terrific to deal with. They were extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. They worked with the Geico Insurance adjuster to do the necessary work. When I picked up my car, the tires and wheels were shining. The inside seemed to have been professionally detailed. On the dash board was a Thank You Note and two Chocolates. I highly recommend Taylor Refinishing. It was a great experience !Services: Painting

Got 2 estimates that Taylor's beat; I added some additional work to be done on my truck and there price was still better than my other 2 estimates. I wish every establishment would take the kind of pride in their craftsmanship like Taylor's does. Picked up my truck after work was finished and it exceeded my expectations; they added a special touch with a little detail work on it on them. Highly recommend this shop to everyone who needs repairs done on there vehicle ? ?.

Highly recommend Taylor Refinishing! It was great working with Beth & Charles. They were easy to work with and very professional. There were no issues when I dropped off my car and picked it up. Their shop did an excellent job fixing the scratch on my car and it looks great. I also like the fact that their work is guaranteed for as long as I have the car. I want to start by saying that Charles and Beth are top rate individuals who run a first class operation. Following a harrowing experience hitting a deer on Feb 19th, while traveling on vacation in South Carolina on our way to a long Florida vacation, in our 7 month old Audi Q5, we were at our wits end to find the best place to get the damages repaired. All the shops in the SC geographic area were telling us that it would be at least 5-6 months before they could get to it because of severe parts shortages. We contacted our Audi dealership, Audi of New London, who recommended Taylor Refinishing. I contacted Taylor, and Beth reassured me that if we sent the car to them, that realistically, they would also be delayed by parts shortages, but would do their best to mitigate it, and get the job done in less time. Based on Audi’s glowing reviews of Taylor Refinishing, and Beth’s wonderful tone and reassurances, we had the car shipped up from SC to Taylor.From that point forward, this turned out to be the best decision we could have possibly made under the circumstances. Beth and Charles took over, handling the insurance details, and arranging everything necessary to get the job underway. We received regular updates from Beth, and reassurances that progress was being made on parts and coordination with our insurance. She showed real concern and was very empathetic about our situation from the very beginning.Well, we picked up the car yesterday, on May 3rd which is half the time of the original quotes we received to get this work done in SC. The car was perfect, spotless, waxed and completely detailed. Outstanding experience that felt like the experience I had the day I picked up the car new from Audi of New London. Beth and Charles made our day, and we cannot thank you enough for navigating us thru this process with care, concern and first class service. Your the best.
