“I just wanted to give a shoutout to a very kindhearted employee at this location who assisted my father recently. My dad is recovering from a stroke he had back in June and was looking for a comfortable shoe that would fit over his leg brace. This wonderful employee took the time to bring him different shoes to try on until he found the perfect one. After selecting a pair, my parents went to pay for it, only to become emotional after learning that the employee had paid for them. My parents were so overcome with emotions and forgot to get the employee’s name but I just wanted to thank this woman on behalf of my parents for her kind actions the other day. Thank you so much!”
“TRUST THEM!!Ten weeks ago I went to REM when I needed safety boots for a job. I'm "normally" a 10.5, but Sheila insisted I needed 12-double-wide for my foot-size so I won't get chafing or ingrown nails. I even went back in the next day arguing for half-a-size smaller and she let me try it out, then pointed where it would start to wear. I've been on this job 60+, 10+-hour-days since and these boots have been kind to me, if not outright magical. Theres only so much boots can do but, if these folx give you advice,TRUST THEM!!”

“This place is truly a great place for clothing and foot wear!! Now it is a little pricey but they always have sales!! At first I didn't want to go but I did and ended up buying some sneakers. Being hard on my footwear I thought they wouldn't make it past 3 months! I have to admit the sneakers so far are going on second year so I bought another pair!!! Employees very helpful and store atmosphere is very nice and clean! You really should try this place well worth the trip!!”

She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and polite, qualities you don't often find in today's shopping experience.
