“I can’t say enough about how helpful and kindly I was treated today at the Groton store. I had a 53 pound box and the gentleman offered to bring it into the store for me and when he couldn’t scan the return label he helped me contact the vendor to get a printable label.He made me feel like he cared about me completing the transaction and did everything to make that happen.Although I am a Floridian, I do spend time in Groton/Mystic area and certainly will remember this store.JuneSent from my iPad”

“John, the head clerk (I think) at the Mystic Post Office was SO helpful to me the first time I had to do a bulk mailing for work. I had no idea what I was doing and he patiently explained the whole process to me, then helped more when I came back with the mail bins and even helped me carry them out of my car.
