Top quality, so helpful, high integrity. It doesn't get better in this world of business. Fair prices. Booth is a gem! Goes the extra mile. Helped when our out of town daughter visited, had car trouble. Dealt with the issue and then found tire problem that could have led to tragedy. They didn't try to sell her tires or anything else. Shamrock does our vehicle maintenance since then and we couldn't be more pleased.

This business is very good to women! They explain everything in a very non-condescending way and are patient with questions. They are not just specialists in fancy, foreign cars, but do everything. I have been bringing my Camry and Volvo there and they keep my cars well maintained without bankrupting me with "fake" service needs. I was in NL visiting family and my brakes were LOUD. They replaced the pads and rotors at a fair price and fast. When I got back halfway across the country, I found that I was still having an issue with the pads and rotors. Turns out there was an issue with the parts. Obviously they stand behind the parts but I can't drive back 900 miles....These folks are so stand up that they are literally sending me a check for the cost of the parts. That's a level of service and honesty that you just don't see any more.

Had issue with my 2005 Envoy. Called them up they told me to swing by anytime and they'd take a look. Immediately checked out the issues. Gave me a very reasonable quote (much lower than where I was originally taking it) told me they could right away once they had the parts. Kind, courteous and prompt. Glad I found this place as I love to support the small local guy. Will be recommending to friends and Shamrock will be my go to mechanic from here on in.
