Great service department. I brought my 2013 Volvo XC70 in for its annual maintenance. Did all the recommended service plus installed the front and rear windshield wipers as I requested. No upsells. Service was completed in a timely manner. Service personnel friendly and courteous as always at this dealership.

I just purchased a used car from Secor Volvo. I have been a Volvo owner for more than 50 years. Of course, this has involved many visits to dealers and service personnel. Secor ranks very high in all departments.

I came in for service on my 04 V70R, to get a coolant flush done and diagnose a clunking when going over bumps. The tech was very straightforward in helping me understand what was wrong with my car, suggested all the proper repairs, and even talked to me himself. The advisors were professional and friendly! I’d recommend servicing any Volvo here!

I didn’t buy my C40 at Secor Volvo but when I needed a charge they were welcoming and friendly. I’m glad I’m a Volvo owner and the service I received at Secor is the reason my family is on our third Volvo.

Bought my volvo S60 after a bad car accident in 2021. It was the greatest one stop purchasing with Diane and the rest of the team. Still so thankful and feeling very safe. Definitely recommend the extended VIP warranty. Anytime needed service is very easy and pleasant experience. Service shop is also great, fast and efficient.

Absolutely a condescending manager in the service department. Needs customer service training!
First appt changed due to their scheduling issues
Car gets to place day before needed to be there
First call proved they had not even taken off the tires
Second phone call was them arguing with me that the lock to my wheels was not where I told them it was, in fact it was and they found it exactly where described ( glove box), instead of putting any of the paperwork or book for car back where they found it, it was left all over my front seat and floor.
Next phone call was two things wrong, one being the rims ( 4 years old) and brakes. Stated that it has improvement when changed ( not a fix) I then had them fix the brakes ( astonishingly at 1500.00 plus dollars)
All to drive out and stilll have the shaking I had before and one of the worst pulls to the right.
Now my car is sitting at another car repair shop waiting for the next bill.
Not my first encounter with them ( body shop) and the hood nor the quarter panel line up.. I should have known don’t bring it there
