Although Katie was personable it’s clear she is hampered by nonsensical restrictions and breakdowns in other departments (Parts and Front Desk (Becky)). I drove 25 minutes out of my way to seek out an alternative to Reynolds Subaru where my car was traditionally serviced, located only 2 miles away from my home. Prior to this visit (Secor), I was super pleased with Secor thus it ‘was’ worth the drive. However, on my latest visit I am questioning finding an alternative. Now loaner cars are almost impossible to secure (and if you are lucky to secure a loaner it is not without a disproportionate amount of headwind), as well they require prepayment on ordered parts. Then after I was made to annoyingly prepay, my car fix was now navigated around a loaner available. After my car repair, I was made to wait almost 20-30 minutes ‘after’ I returned the loaner because the front desk clerk was not comfortable with how the bill read when I verbally tried to reconcile it to ensure the part I prepaid for was not included (aka, a double charge) and that only labor was listed (as the part I prepared for was paid for with a full receipt and record given to me the week prior). However, instead, I was feed a narrative of suspicion based on her belief I may of not paid for the part with a false narrative of, to ensure I receive my warranty it’s important this part is on the new bill (even as a credit). As a result of waiting 20-30 minutes ‘after’ returning the loaner and politely stressing I had to leave, I missed an important meeting. I am then advised by the front desk clerk, we will check you out, and let you know when the paperwork is sorted. For the 3rd time to her, I don't understand what you are referring to, my bill of sale for the pre purchased part is in my glove compartment of my car. Any warranty should be applied whether it is on a single invoice or or combined. After I exited, while standing at my car and reinserting my insurance and registration documents, I opened the bill of sale for the prepaid part and compared it to the installation charges that day to ensure their was no replication. While doing so, Katie walked out to me at my car to apologize for the inconvenience. She possesses a lot of natural will and skill in talent, I can’t say the same for the manager, Becky or the other intake lady. If Secor requires these hoops, have a system to implement it seamlessly and inspire Becky to show empathy as well as truth in information - my warranty was legitimate whether on a separate bill or not, it was her belief I wasn’t charged which then transferred to the others bc of their poor records. I could hear the litany of conversations from the lobby. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the purchase of my new Crosstrek. They had a very good selection, they were easy to work with in the price negotiation (I got a good deal) and the whole closing process was handled with full disclosure. When I am ready for my next Subaru I will be going back.

Easily the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Dan and his team were exceptional, I was in and out in no time and they even had the car ready for me before I arrived.
The purchasing process was smooth and they even took care of contacting my insurance company and moving everything over.
It could not have been better and I highly recommend Secor Subaru, and Dan in sales. 10 out of 10. The best car buying experience there is.
