We were in the market for a new (to me) car and I knew I wanted an XL60. They even let me take an XL60 for 24 hours to see if it lived up to my hype. Yes, I fell in love with a (just came off lease) 2020. The sales staff were all attentive, very knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. Even the dealership owner introduced himself to me. (It does help when your stepson works there and they love him!) Diane (our salesperson) was attentive, but didn't overwhelm us with trying to make a sale. That's a huge plus in my book.I got a great deal and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Volvo. Say hello to my "Spicy Girl!"

My 2010 Volvo XC70 failed to start and battery and alternator were not at fault. My regular mechanic sent me to Secor Volvo. I am a first time customer, but Julie treated me like a regular customer. She let me leave my car there on a Tuesday for a scheduled appointment the following Monday. But the service team took a look at the car on Wednesday, and ready to go on Thursday!! Best of all, it is because Julie really listened to me and took seriously my observations that I most appreciate the experience. P.S. It was the ignition switch. I recommend Secor Volvo.

Beware, if you write a bad review about this dealership, they will stalk you looking up your own business and leaving you a bad review there for leaving them a bad review, as if I didn't find these people pety, already! That's exactly what just happened. They searched for my business and left a 1 star review, despite never having been a customer calling me a "bad person," and even going as far as to imply that I am prejudiced against my own people! These people must have skipped kindergarten. I may report them to Volvo corporate, at this point.

They were so courteous and patient with me throughout the entire transaction which was really helpful and extraordinary kind of all of them. Do yourself a huge favor and go to any other dealer than Secor. I purchased my very first brand new Subaru just over a year ago and it was in the service department several times for the same issue in a 6 month period. The owner himself said that his service department was not qualified to fix my brand new vehicle and left me hanging. Thankfully I was smart enough to take it to a very reputable dealer who diagnosed and repaired it quickly and efficiently. You were correct Mr. Secor...your team is not qualified. All of the Secor staff members I dealt with should be ashamed of themselves....they sent me on many goose chases to purchase several generic cords for my apple phone and vehicle car play. It was such a simply fix...a FAULTY USB port......SHAME ON THEM. I will never ever recommend them to anyone for all they put me through. Looks like I'm forced to give 1 star in order to post this review.

Absolutely wonderful, Diane and Steve did an amazing job helping us purchase our vehicle. It made driving from one corner of the state to another well worth the while. Do not waste your time looking elsewhere.

Had a great experience here. Keith was really helpful and took care of the issues with my new car within a day. Eric, the Service Manager was also great and took good care of me as well. I am in CT quite often and if I need service I will be going to them. They are my first choice. Thanks to you both!

Looked all around the state for a new Jeep. Can’t say enough how impressed I was with Dan Mirles. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had, and let’s be real no one really likes a salesman. I will without a doubt be returning here and recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a new car. You guys were top notch, i might even bring tequila to solidify our future deals!

I won’t even bother started off my review with how terrible my car shopping experience was before I went to Secor.Dan Mirles went above and beyond to make sure I not only got into the SUV I wanted, but it was affordable. Quick, easy transaction & when I picked my new car up, they had her shampooed, waxed and ready to go. BEYOND professional!My husband And I will continue to bring our business here. To say this was easily one of the best car buying experiences is putting it mildly! Highly recommend! Amazing staff all around!

All good things to say about Secor Auto and in particular John in the body shop. I went to him with my Lotus Elise in need of repairs. Due to issues with my insurance he didn't fix the car, but he was an extremely helpful resource and very patient with me throughout the process.

Stopped in on Friday to test drive an XC40 (with no appointment) and walked out the dealership the following Monday with keys. Connor is a great sales representative and was not pushy at all. He really knew everything about the vehicle and took his time to make sure I understood how everything worked. We even went on two test drives that day to make sure I really liked the car. Once I decided I was going to buy, Connor worked with the sales manager to get me the best deal. They bought my trade-in for much higher than I expected and gave me a great deal on the XC40. Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely go back there for my next vehicle. Ask for Connor!
