I took a ride to this body shop to see if they could helped me with my corrosion around my hinges on my Jeep Wrangler. I met The Body Shop manager he came out and took all the pics. And he submitted it to FCA for approval. This is a known issue on the The jeep wranglers i've been 2 other Dealerships. They didn't seem to have any Interest in helping me even though one dealerships is where I purchase the vehicle And this issue is covered under factory warranty. I'm hoping they get a call shortly to bring my vehicle in and have a fixed. I'll update my review when this happens.

My Subaru Forester had three sap droppings on it last week, that I foolishly tried to remove myself. Thankfully I tried Secor Body Shop next, and was extremely pleased. Mike immediately knew what to do, and was able to remove all traces of the problem areas - in a matter of minutes - and at no cost. Exceptional service with a positive attitude and kindness, I'll be sure to return with more serious issues should the need ever arise.

I brought my car to Secor Collision to repair a dent and some scratches. The staff was always very courteous and respectful.I would not recommend this shop because of the quality of work and length of time that they had my vehicle.The first time I dropped off my car, they had it for 3 weeks, only fixed the dent and forgot to repair the scratches. After showing the manager that the scratches were not repaired, he told me to schedule another time to drop it off and that they would give me a loaner vehicle at that time. After a month of "waiting for plates" for the loaner vehicle, I ended up dropping my car off before leaving for a vacation and they said it should be a good time and my car should be ready when I got back. While on vacation they did not communicate with me at all or give me any updates on my vehicle.When I got back from vacation (2 weeks later), I went there to get my car and they didn't even start working on it. The staff was sorry for not reaching out and that they will get it done soon.They had my car for another 3 weeks before it was complete. Whenever I called for updates on it, they would give me all different excuses on why it wasn't getting done.In total they had my car for over 2 months and the job wasn't even done that well. I can see a couple divots where the scratches were repaired and I can see buffer swirls on where the dent was repaired. Also, I found scratches on my roof that were not there before. I will not bring my car back there because I'm sure it'll take them forever to do anymore repairs and they will not even do a good job.Service: Body & Trim

UPDATE, 10/17/22: Despite being assured by the staff at the Collision Center that parts were being ordered and a promise to update me on any progress- even if it was negative progress- on at least an every other week basis, it's now been at least another month or more (visit I paid to collision center referenced above was on September 13th, 2022) since I stopped into the shop and have received no communication/updates from Secor Collision Center either by email or by phone. As the customer, I should not responsible for continuing to follow up- I was assured that ongoing, regular contact would begin in light of my previous complaint. Again, I hold owner CHARLES SECOR personally accountable for the need to revise this review with a rating of ONE star (since I have no option to do so any lower) and for the negative light it casts upon an otherwise fine group of body shop personnel.It is his own business office's mismanagement of Secor Collision Center that created this now MONTHS-long service debacle.It would be my strongest recommendation that anyone sent there by their insurance companies or otherwise reconsider doing any business with Charles Secor and Secor Collision Center.While I am extremely frustrated with the collision center's poor communication/phone system and its ownership, I want to note that both Laura and John in Collision Technology were EXTREMELY responsive, helpful, and professional.My rating above is based entirely on the failure of ownership (CHARLES SECOR) to properly support his otherwise excellent staff in the body shop (have had NO communication from the dealership after arranging service on 8/9/22 for replacement of an antenna/sharkfin trim, as well as an estimate on body damage stemming from a hit-and-run accident TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AGO, despite calling/leaving detailed voicemails with the dealership over a three-week period. Staff cites concerns with an apparent phone system "upgrade???").Update- awaiting a phonecall from Charles Secor so I can formally file a complaint against the dealership (if he does call, will get back to him and update this at MY convenience/discretion entirely).

I stopped by this business today with my dually for an estimate and was treated with the upmost respect. Initially greeted by Laura P. and then met her associate John P. who both were beyond pleasant. It really goes a long way to have such a welcoming personality and most importantly be so knowledgeable in their craft. Honestly people like this deserve to be acknowledged.

What a nightmare. I had some small chips to the metal on the hatch and a few on the rear quarter panel. First, they said they could wetsand them out (down to the metal? not sure how that works). They then took the car in and two weeks later when i called to see if it was ready, they told me I could pick it up. Now instead of chips, there were paint lumps and overspray on the cladding and the interior was FILTHY and full of sanding debris. They told me it could be fixed while I waited, I told them to call when it was done. Two weeks later, I get a call, now there are grey and black flecks all over the bumper and bumper guard and chips where there were none before. Back to the shop, a week later, I go back, the chips are not fixed. I picked up the car after they fixed the chips, and now I noticed under the clearcoat by the fuel door and up and over the passenger door there are hand prints and smudged paint. At this point, I don't want them to touch my car again, every time they fix one issue, they create more. I highly recommend finding someone else, this place has no quality control.

Ridiculous prices and horrible service. A cvt fluid exchange was over double the cost average of other service centers in area. Labor alone was above the cost total of other service centers.

I have used the body shop some years ago and everything went well, however I took my Tesla to be detailed. When I went to pick up my car, the windshield had been treated with some chemical that etched the windshield and they totally denied that it had happened there. Under the breath some of the guys confirmed that it happened there. They refused to pay to replace the ruined windshield!
