This Quest is open on Saturday from 7-11, wonderful! Get to the office and a sign inside says VA only Monday through Friday and to that off, VA is only 7-11 then. Why is the veteran limited to the services Quest offers? But… went back yesterday (Monday) to have the blood draw, questioned the policy, was given the reason (VA picks up once a day) and also showed in my cover letter that the hours are posted! Mea culpa! And Latoya is a great phlebotomist.

The test location was fine.The signing up for an appointment terrible! Provided all information asked for. Got to end , could not find any instructions or way to send it!!

Never available to call and ask questions. Even after being given very specific instructions, followed to a tee, they still cannot help. More than once. I would go to any other lab anywhere... Anywhere .... Before going back to this place.

Dawn, at Quest in New London, CT, was exceptionally helpful and patient with regards to scheduling and providing information about lab work. I look forward to returning to this facility due to having such a positive experience!

The lady that drew my blood was rude and diserespectful, she made snarky remarks and it was an u pleasant visit with that lady, I didn't catch her name though.

Wanted to talk to a person to ask a basic question, spent ten minutes bouncing around on the automated menus and then they say: "sorry you cannot speak to a live person, visit our website, bye."

Worst billing department EVER. They submitted a recent claim to an old insurance number. A previous claim from this year was summitted to the correct insurance company but at the wrong address, it has been denied twice. I have called repeatedly to get them to correct where they need to submit the claim. The date of service was February and it is still WRONG now in July. Makes me wonder how accurate their medical tests results are if they can't handle basic medical claim submittals. Every single billing person has been RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

No service. Made an appointment. Only one quiosco available to check in. Their was a line that made me 5 min late. It informed me that I couldn’t be seen. Can’t schedule an appointment because they want to say they are all book up

Honestly have to say I was worried coming in after reading many of these reviews other's have left but I cant see where they came from after my experience.Set my appointment online for 10:45, arrived for check in at 10:42, waiting until 10:48 to get called back and I am sitting here in my car typing this out at 10:55. They were clean and organized, fast and wonderfully courteous. I had a great experience here. You shouldn't take wholeheartedly what all these negative people have to say, they are exaggerating or from what I just went through first hand seemly just untrue.Great job to everyone there, and thank you. ( :

Lab is very slow. Make people wait abnormally long. Sign in and changes wait times.
