My wife had a few pieces of jewelry needing some love to make them shine once again. After Tony gave them his attention, expertise, and craftsmanship they are sparkling like new. Never have I seen such an unprofessional and pompous man who, because he was caught unawares about as simple a thing as a watch battery, turned up his nose because my watches were nowhere near as expensive as a Rolex. He and his co-worker whined about having to go through a thousand(!) batteries.So I decided that they are not worth their salt.The incompetence and hubris are abominable.

I had my original sapphire and diamond engagement band reset into this beautiful white gold and diamond setting, then a wedding band made with the original diamonds that surrounded the sapphire. Love the way it came out, thank you, Tony .

Great place!!! A humble old man who cares more for his customers than money owns the place. He gave me a discount on a ring for my girlfriend and I wasn’t able to pay it in full right there and then. I was 25 dollars short and I’m heading back there Monday to pay them the rest!!! I really appreciate you guys!!!

Tony and his team are top-notch for not only professional and friendly customer service, but he has gone above and beyond to create a one-of-a-kind ring for me! It far exceeds my expectations. I had several different cut, color, and size gems (peridot, tanzinite, diamond, sapphire) that I wanted set in a non-traditional setting that was NOT symmetrical but more unique. He found the center stone and worked with me on various designs until I was happy! And I am in a different state (Texas)! Seriously, go to Tony and his team, you will NOT be disappointed, whether it is diamonds earrings (which I also purchased), rings, or a custom piece, Northern Lights is the only place to go!!!!

Brought in my engagement ring to Tony as it was a very thin and weak band. He recreated my ring with a thicker stronger band and I’m so grateful! I love it more now, which I didn’t think was possible. Pictures are of the new ring. He is always so helpful & fair priced. Forever customer of Tony’s from now on!

The workers are nice and do their job well. They answer questions about their wares and such and the stuff can be repaired there

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I knew what style chain I wanted but needed to determine the width and length. I stopped in the store to see some examples. The specific chain I wanted was ready for pick up the next day. The quality is excellent, and the clasp is better than others I've seen.
