Another monkey court. You can miss deadlines and you can lie under oath. You can also be late for your hearing. All that with no consequences. I wonder if the judge is paid off or just a buddy of yours.... In the meanwhile the subject of the argument doesn't get any attention. Seems like Court just wants do nothing and brushes the case off...

Corrupt public servants. Document everything in writing and video. Ask them to recite their oath of office on court record. Immediately assert your common law jurisdiction, which states if there is no victim, there cannot be a crime. The state cannot be a victim in your case. If there is no property damage or injured party you have not violated common law. Have your case sent to a higher court ASAP. Do not say you comprehend or understand. They cannot move forward with their extortion if you do not understand or comprehend what is going on. They rely on coercing people into paying fees and fines before the case goes anywhere, because they know they would lose most cases if brought to trial.

I'm going to go visit this courtroom myself to see if the reviews are true that from the security guard to the judge have all been deemed unqualified many may be hired but that doesn't mean that I will feel they are qualified for the position they are in

Sent filing papers to the court by USPS Priority Mail Thursday 4/18/2019 but could not be delivered because it was closed on 4/19/2019 for Good Friday which is not a National Holiday. See how blatantly corrupt CT state government is? Know why our tax money has never been spent in improving our life?

Stay away if possible, one man band, judge juror and executioner all rolled into one, must be low budget. lost a law suit without providing any evidence. if you get a chance to come here make sure you ask to be transferred to a real court.
