Service dept. Employees are a bunch of miserable people who love to spread their misery.If I make an appointment for a vehicle to have a certain part replaced, why would they not inform me first of all that I needed to purchase said part first.Instead they wait for me to show to the forever awaited appt. to tell me that I first needed to purchase said part.I did not ask for service to the part, I did not say "I think this is the problem" NO I did not.I know exactly what's the problem with the vehicle and I requested to have the part replaced.Now I need to wait for the vehicle to be seen again when they have the part that is needed.There's always a problem with this service department whenever I attempt to do business with them, which is why I'd rather have my vehicle serviced elsewhere.Was thinking about an upgrade.Thank you service department for redirecting my attention to another dealership.

Thanks for patching my tire- me showing up unscheduled today.Have bought a vehicle and have had service done here. A smooth running ship. Employees and customers always appear to be content. There's even this local fellow, a kind of "goodwill mascot" who seems to show up once a day, and I think his serenity is kind of infectious upon the whole place.

This Dealership advertises on the radio that they want to buy used cars. On January 4th I brought my 2016 Shelby mustang 8,000 miles over to see if they were interested in buying it. A salesman told me they were interested but I would have to call when the sales manager was in at 3 that day. I called at 3 and Greg Cane was in but I was told he was busy. Greg said to the person that I was talking to get my name and number and that he would call back. After 2 days no call! Do you want to deal with a dealership that advertises something and doesn't have the decency to give you a callback?

Just like any other dealership repair shop. Set up an appointment, agree with day and time, only to travel 45 minutes in heavy rain, and find out no one ordered the parts.

Awful service, poor communication between staff and customer, and long wait times. Wait times for an oil change with appointment are over an hour. Than it took them 10 minutes to locate my key, after taking 5 minutes to find my paperwork to pay. 15 minutes total to check out. All this for an oil change.

Small issue with a new truck , very responsive , got to it as quickly as possible . Oil change and washed it too .... highly recommend

My car was rear ended a few months ago. Though I attempted to work out with the person who ran into my bumper, it was not to be. I made a claim against their insurance. Now this...Just picked up my VW Passat from MJ Sullivan's Body Shop. I am more than thrilled! A HUGE THANK YOU to Geico, Jim at MJ Sullivan's Body Shop and Enterprise for making this a great experience. I dropped off my car, was provided a rental through Geico Insurance and picked up a beautifully repaired and cleaned car. Thank you all again. Made my day!

Great place to shop for a car. Bought my last 3 cars here and always have been met with great sales people. Not too much pressure and they are knowledgeable. Wide assortment of cars available.

Went specifically for CT Emissions inspection. Person at window greeted me, took my notification card and fee, and said he would call me when completed. Inspection was done quickly. Note: This was done 3/19/2020. Waiting area had plenty of seats in a variety of areas so you could distance yourself from others. Hand sanitizers were located at the counters and other locations.

Expensive as Heck, but have to be here for service for leased truck. Took it to fort shantok quick lube instead. Price markup on parts are astronomical.
