I took the MSF course at Mike's a few months ago as a complete beginner. While I learned a lot, I did not pass. I was disappointed by the instructors' unwillingness to share any information on the pass/fail rates, and their comments like "You'll have to make a conscious effort to fail" felt dismissive, creating unrealistic expectations about the course's difficulty. Since then, I've received a few emails and texts about being ready to put my endorsement to use and come demo some bikes—even though I didn't pass and therefore don't have the endorsement. It’s a frustrating reminder of having spent $400 without the desired outcome.

My wife and I were on a trip to CT from NJ but I had to make a stop here. The people were very friendly there and the place just looked plain cool. We had to get a poker chip but we also bought the Halloween Harley shirts there too. Being that I just bought a road glide I wasn’t in the market for another bike and they all seemed okay that I wasn’t interested.

I didn't know how to act. Kept myself in control. My eyes were everywhere. Felt like a 50 year old little kid. Toys everywhere. Great customer service and friendly. Thank you all for making us feel a part of your great team. I'll Be Back!!!!!!

Incredible experience at Mike's Famous HD! And that's a word I don't use often. I found a used bike on their website I was interested in. Called and spoke to Rich, who gave me some details. We set up a time for me to stop by. When I walked in the bike was parked right in front of Rich's desk. He fired it up for me and let me check it out. We sat down and talked numbers, which were very acceptable. Zero pressure. We made the deal. At that point I was taken around to meet the folks in each department - service, parts, clothes, and finally the finance guy. You are definitely made to feel welcome and like part of the family there. I'm 65, and have been riding on the road since 16. Bought and sold many bikes over the years, privately and at dealerships. Like an old horse trader. I have never had such a positive experience. I can not recommend these guys enough. You can't go wrong here. Ride safe.

Traveling last weekend had what I thought was going to be a major problem. The young lady in service quickly got me the part I needed and showed me it was a 2 minute fix and had me right back on the road. I didn't catch her name ,but I went back in and Thanked her. And spent some money in the merchandise department to say thank you.

After going to a few different dealers, not feeling comfortable with the service I was recommended to go to Mike's famous Harley-Davidson. I was nicely greeted at the door and when asked if I need help I explained I was looking to purchase my first bike, I was immediately recommended to Shirl.

Professional, honest, insightful and very informative. She was also very understanding that I do not have a big knowledge of bikes and helped me find the perfect bike suited for me. She made me very comfortable, and help me through the entire process of purchasing my first Harley Davidson bike.

People at Mike's Famous are attentive, kind will put you at ease buying a bike. No high pressure push to buy one. The service dept. is great also, past experience with them servicing my old bike helped make the decision to buy another Harley that much easier.
