They do not answer their phone. When I try to leave a message, their mailbox is not set up. I was told they may be out of business. I took my business to another jeweler.

It took almost two weeks to get my jewelry back and on top of that I consistently called and no one answers. They had my jewelry ready for god knows how long and their hours aren’t correct.

Joe, the owner, took care of me. I needed new batteries for my Bulova and Fossil watches. Also, had a couple of links added to my Movado. He charged me only $20 for everything. Made me very happy. Called Kay Jewelers and they wanted to rip me off for $75. I was like, HELL TO THE NO!! I strongly recommend this jeweler for your watch and jewelry needs.

i bought my fiance her engagement ring there and she loves it. I had no problems with the owner very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. And i got an awesome ring for a good price i will do my future shopping here. Highly recommended
