I went to see Morganne here and I’ve never had a worst consultation done in my life. Firstly, I have a very bad cowlick that makes it so that I can’t part my hair down the middle. This was the second biggest mistake she made. It gave me the weirdest shelf of super thick bangs on the side. I look like I’m straight out of a 2009 emo music video. I also confided in her MULTIPLE times that I did not like short layers and even told her that I hate how stylists always give me a shaggy kind of haircut for some reason based on my style and tattoos. I have super short layers in the back and the front of my hair and they’re disconnected. I also confided in her that I HATE when my hair is blow dried a certain way and how I was made fun of in hair school one time when a teacher blow dried my hair the way I described. Then SHE blow dried my hair like that and said “now you’ll have a nice blow dry for your pregnancy announcement video tomorrow.” I was appalled. I went straight home and washed my hair so that it wouldn’t look like that for my big day. I then filmed my pregnancy announcement video the next day and I can’t even look at it now because of how awful and stringy and disconnected my hair looks in it. I had also confided in her that I had a shag haircut that I despised so much that I ended up cutting all my hair off to match my top layer and I’ve been growing it out for over a year so I just wanted a simple trim. She basically gave me back that shag that I hated so much. I literally have a disconnected chunk of almost straight across bangs on one side of my face and no face framing angle or anything on the other side. It looks absurd and when I told her about it she said “no one has ever complained about my work. I’m 100% confident in my cutting skills.” I felt gaslighted to the point where I was like “maybe it wasn’t your skills and it’s just my hair” which is NOT true. I’ve been living with this hair for 38 years. I know it’s not my hair. She offered to fix it after saying “I’m not really sure what you want me to do” and then took back that offer when she LURKED my instagram and saw a story I had posted about how unhappy I was with my hair. I hadn’t even mentioned her name or the salon she works for at that point. Worst customer service experience with a stylist ever. Do not recommend. 0/10 if I could. Do not go. I went in with healthier, longer hair that just needed a slight trim and left with chunks of my hair taken out and stringy unhealthy looking hair. Worst part I PAID $75 for the worst haircut of my life. Also, I know it’s not just me because I showed it to DOZEN of my stylist friends in person and they all agree that it’s terribly done. I wasn’t even going to say anything about who it was or where I went until I got such a rude response back. I’ve attached a few pictures with descriptions of the “full confidence” hair cut. The only way to fix this, since I was attempting to grow my hair out, is to get some tape in extensions which are pricey and hard to colour match with my light auburn hair. She didn’t even offer me my money back. Terrible.

Jen is a gem. I spent years trying to find a stylist who could create my vision for my hair color and I’ve never been happier. I can’t speak for the other stylists but I assume they’re also excellent. The salon environment is beautiful and serene and Jen literally knocks it out of the park every time - and usually with very little input from me. HIGHLY recommend.

I started coming here after following my stylist Morganne. I’ve been seeing Morganne for probably around 5 years now... She has always done exactly what I wanted and made recommendations for my hair that kept my hair healthy and growing! She always explained her process, and I love hearing about all the new techniques she’s learning literally ALL the time. If there’s a new trend, Morganne has probably learned it!! Infinity Salon is so cute and bright inside, the vibe is totally relaxing and the products are top notch! I’m so happy Morganne found this little neighborhood salon and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon OR stylist!

I LOVE getting my hair done here. Morganne has been a legit magician with my hair over the past few years whether it be cut or color. I just recently had nearly a foot (!!!) of hair chopped off and fully trusted her with it. It came out absolutely amaaaazing and the color was on point too! The salon is cozy, clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend booking your next appointment here!!
