This dealership is absolutely the best. I recently purchased a vehicle from them from out of state. When I arrived a crew greeted me in the lot and had everything perfectly organized so that my whole transaction was seamless. A special shout out to Jason for his diligence in explaining the myriad of electronic features. Friendly, courteous and professional. More than five stars.

This dealership sucks! Do not go here. The service is outrageously priced. I got an oil change and had my rear brakes looked at because I was hearing some screeching from my rear right tire. They found that my caliper was ceased up and I was going to have to replace the rear rotors, pads, and right caliper. For all this, they quoted me at $1800! Outrageous! After I didn’t except this ridiculous price, they still charged me $730 for oil change and the labor of a brake job that they didn’t even do!! They also left me stranded at work after they didn’t have the parts to fix my car and told me “guess you’ll have to get an uber home”. Terrible pricing and terrible customer service. If you’re in the area, go to the meineke across the street. Extremely friendly people and much better prices. I’m getting my pads, rotors, and caliper done there for $1100 dollars and it’s getting done 2 days faster than the dealership.

This was hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. No pressure, none of the bugging phone calls, no pressure to buy add ons, and the way our sales person Corey listened to what we wanted was amazing. I already knew how good the service department was but the sales department is just as good. If you're looking for an Audi this is the go to place.

Great service team. My family was on a vacation in Mystic and I had a serious engine coolant issue. They accomodated me immediately the next day while I went to the beach and saved precious time. I picked it up later and went on with my vacation. Thanks for being so helpful in a difficult circumstance.

Hoffman Audi was our best car buying experience ever! We were treated very attentively by the entire staff. Bruno was the best! Jason was soooo knowledgeable about the car and very easy to learn from. Corey explained all the paperwork so it was easy to understand. We’ll be back when it’s time for the next one!

First of all, I never leave reviews but Corey deserves recognition. I recently purchased a 2022 Gladiator Mojave from out of state through this dealer and everything was perfect. Corey definitely went out of his way to provide the best pricing and rate on both the purchase as well as taking care of my trade, even able beat my local credit union’s apr by 1% despite the crazy rates we have now in 2024. After driving 5 hours from out of state, the last thing I wanted to do was haggle around and waste time but Corey had it all prepared. Everything ranging from out of state registration, paperwork and the like went seamlessly and I was out within 45mins to an hour. Not to mention, I unfortunately left a garage door opener in my trade and Corey took care of it by reaching out and having it overnighted back to my home address for me before I even asked. By far one of the best experiences Ive had with a dealer. If youre looking for the best, Corey is your guy.

The best service throughout the whole purchasing process. It felt like they really wanted to make this as easy as possible for me. My experience at The Nee London location was a good one. My sales specialist Frank Picardi was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I picked out and bought. The Finance Manager Robert Duncan was also very helpful in going over my paperwork as well as explaining everything to me involving my auto purchase.
