I am a visiting nurse in New London and have had to go to Goodyear three times this year to have a new tire replaced because I am wearing them down so fast or I hit a curb. They are always so kind to me even when I am stressed and I know my last visit I even was rude and apologized. This last visit I popped my tire in the middle of the day in between patients. I went there because I know how good they’ve been in the past and they’ve gotten me in and out while I’m trying to work. They got me a new tire and back on the road seeing Patients in 24 minutes. I am so grateful to have them as a resource and I know they will always take good care of me. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff in New London

Thank you to Mike and the rest of the team for going above and beyond for my husband and I! Not only did Mike call my husband with updates throughout the day, they were also able to get some poorly put on tires off of my car. We can’t thank you and the team enough for breaking your backs to solve the issues with my vehicle. Brian (Sales) & Mike (Service Mgr.) were great. They got me in quickly, were so nice and accommodating, fixed my issue on the spot. Vehicle problems are always stressful for me I worry about the time & the cost. Goodyear in New London, CT was a pleasant experience. Fast service, reasonable rate. I was a "drive-in", no appointment customer & I even added to my initial request. Thank you! Great job.

Went to get my tire pressure checked because the light came on. The younf man adjusted my psi and explained the process to me. Everyone was polite and got me right in for a service I had no idea was free. Just got a new car and was looking for a new tire place since the place I'd always gone was not as impressive as it once was. So when the time comes for new tires and oil changes, this will be my new spot!

I went to town fair called them five days ago and had an appointment for today and they told me I needed to order the tires and I would have to come back when I told him I could only come back on Monday they asked me why couldn’t I come in sooner in the week Goodyear was right behind town fair in New London you guys had the tires in stock perfect customer service and you called me four times to let me know what was going on you made a customer for life

I have taken my truck here a few times, and every time I have been very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, friendly, staff, and fair prices. If your vehicle needs any of the services they provide this is a great place to come. My neighbor Has been taking his vehicles there for several decades, and he recommended this place to me when we moved here. Can’t go wrong with the folks at Goodyear in New London.
