Robert C (Bob) did an amazing job! He's been doing this for 25 years. He even saved me $50 from what he quoted me, as he was able to use existing materials. Came to my location and was fast and efficient. Couldn't be happier!Also, scheduling with Blossom was hassle free and a pleasure!

This place is awful!! they've owed me $130 for a couple of years and they either completely blow us off or tell us they'll work on it but they never do. The whole car buying process was bad too... If I could give no stars or negative stsrs I would.

Worse company to use ever. No accountability ever. The tech is rude disrespectful and bad a communicating. Not to mention racist as hell. He told me to learn English and go back to Mexico. He refused to do the work and once I call the office. The lady didn't even hear my side of the story. Or let me send her the video evidence I had. She took the employee's side and told me to go kick rocks. Worse experience ever. I do not recommend anyone using this company. They don't service Latinos!!!

Wow- I couldn't have asked for better service! After submitting a glass claim to my insurance company, I called Glass America with the referral number. They confirmed my information and scheduled a repair at my home in 2 days. The day if the repair, the technician called to tell me when he would arrive. When he arrived I showed him the damaged windshield and he told me he would be done in 30-45 minutes. 30 minutes later he was done! He even removed the stickers and EZ Pass from my old windshield and neatly reapplied them to the new one. And that was it- no paperwork, no fuss, and no cost to me! Couldn't ask for better service!

This review is a bit overdue I had Bob The Glass Guy replace a cracked windshield on my Monte Carlo. Not only did he come to my house to do the work, but he did a beautiful job. And super fast!! This cost a lot less than I anticipated, too! I highly recommend Glass America, and will be calling again soon for my other car! Also, everyone I dealt withwas very nice. I can't see what I am typing, so apologize for any errors. So, great people, price, and product.
